It is clear that they’re still figuring things out as a new restaurant, very everyone was nice and working hard. I did the build your own mac n cheese with bbq pulled pork and yellow cheddar. I also got classic mac n cheese bites on the side. Both were delicious and surprisingly filling. We asked for lids to take the rest of ours home.
The restaurant is very well branding, everything looks nice with plenty of seating options.
The only things that stood out is that we felt the mac n cheese could had used a bit more seasoning like the topping they put on when it bakes, and we noticed there was no water on the soda fountain, but my friend did ask and they gave her water on request.
Looking forward to going back! Definitely recommend trying it a try.
They also had a vegan friendly mac n cheese for anyone with dietary restrictions.

I waited a while to come here, and I’ve been cheating myself. I had the brisket mac & cheese and it was absolutely delicious. There’s enough here to feed a family, the flavor is wonderful, and you can customize it the way you like it. The service was wonderful, the seating area is spacious and comfy, and if you have any questions at all they’re more than happy to help.

I got the Skinny, Sweet, and Spicy bowl, and it was amazing!! It’s a really great alternative option to pasta. The portion size was impressive, and the food tasted quality and delicious. The employees were so friendly and attentive, I liked that I could follow my meal down to customize it as needed. The price was especially impressive. I got the combo, so chips, a drink, and the bowl, for only $18! For a quality healthy meal, it was one hundred percent worth it. I highly recommend.

The mac and cheese feels light on the cheese , more sloupy than good really cheesy mac. If you go in during a rush make sure you have right order when leaving and all your items. It had looked like I had it all but turns out I was completely missing my entire side that I had ordered , luckily was just a side but still unfortunate.
The staff are friendly, and definitely doing their best (went in on grand opening) they where doing great job.
I got the lobster mac bowl and best of both worlds grilled cheese. The lobster mac is little pricey, and as stated above it kinda feels like it’s missing a real cheesyness to it. It has flavor but on the thinner side for mac and cheese. The grilled cheese was definitely the better of the two, the bread delicately crispy snd full of flavor.
Update: went back to try again not on grand opening. Less busy, quicker service staff friendly which is only upside. Tried another bowl of mac and cheese and unfortunately it was just as bad of a “mac and cheese” experience. Was really hoping it’d be better but honestly the grade of mac and cheese ur better off just making a box of velveta at home cus it taste about the same. Their protein is good but definitely not worth marking a bowl at 14$ a pop.
I don’t recommend this place unless you’re ready for a disappointment of an overpriced meal.

I began my journey through this disappointment by deciding the perfect item to judge a Mac and cheese restaurant would be their signature “classic mac”, this was a big mistake. I saw the employee pour what looks most similar to a poor man’s nacho cheese all over some dry noodles then put two slices of cheese on top to try and hide their poor excuse of a meal. They then made me wait ten minutes and pay 2.59 for a small fountain drink. Now I am here staring at this disgusting cheesy mess thinking I should have saved my nine dollars and forty nine cents by making Kraft Mac and cheese at home. Reminds me of the good old days at the school cafeteria. 1/10 would not recommend save your money and buy some Kraft.

I liked that the mac n cheese dishes have a large selection of customization options such as sauce, cheese, and toppings. As an example, I added broccoli and celery to this entree. It’s a bit more expensive than I would expect to pay for a dish like this, but still very well done.

I was very happy to see that not only do they have fantastic Mac and Cheese options, but I was in the mood for grilled cheese and tomato soup. They didn’t disappoint! Excellent cookie cups and the overall place is fun and welcoming.

I recently had the misfortune of dining at “I heart Mac and Cheese,” and I have to say, it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. From the moment I took my first bite, it was clear that the pasta was dry and overcooked. There was no hint of the creamy, cheesy goodness that one would expect from a place specializing in mac and cheese. Instead, it was bland and flavorless, making it a chore to finish the meal.
To add insult to injury, the portion sizes were shockingly small. For the high prices they charge, I expected a hearty serving that would leave me satisfied. Instead, I was left feeling hungry and ripped off. It’s baffling how they justify such steep prices for such meager portions.
Overall, my visit to “I heart Mac and Cheese” was a complete letdown. The combination of dry, tasteless pasta and tiny portions made for a thoroughly unsatisfying meal. I definitely won’t be returning, and I would advise others to steer clear if they’re looking for a decent meal worth their money.

Was excited for a place like this to open! Overall though I’d have to say I left feeling a little confused about the general works and wished I would have asked more questions. A friend and I came and both just ordered the original Mac and cheese combo they offered. The Mac and cheese itself was underwhelming, parts of it were already cold when we got it, and like I had read from someone else, it definitely could’ve had more cheese texture it felt a little soupy. The pricing for our Mac and cheese was reasonable I would say. Was interested in finding out that they do not offer water on their pop machine, and they price their water bottles the same as pop. Wondering how they would offer a free water cup? I would also say it is not necessarily kid friendly, although they offer a kids menu, they did not have censored music playing. I had asked the woman bringing our food out, I apologize for not knowing her name, how they were supposed to know who the food belonged to being given no table numbers or any way for the workers to identify the customers, and she had responded along the lines of “I asked my daughter, who rang up your order, what you looked like because when I called your name no one came out”. I guess I was just confused because given the atmosphere I assumed the food was brought out to us if it was for dine-in. Gives more of a fast food vibe in that case, they also had a tray/garbage area for you to take care of your own dishes/garbage. So definitely more of a fast food dine-in experience. Also something to add, when our Mac and cheese bowl was being pushed down the line, we had gotten to the point of adding two more cheeses to the bowl, nothing was labeled for the customers view, so I just kind of stood there not knowing, because the worker didn’t outright explain the different cheeses they offered. I think if I were to ever go back I would definitely want to try a grilled cheese, but not so sure on the bowls.

I ordered the buffalo blue and the flatbread and both were solid choices. Staff were friendly and attentive. The overall atmosphere is friendly. I would recommend checking out this new tasty restaurant!
