We have been to IGrill multiple times and the consistency is immaculate! We check in on yelp to ensure a fast seating time when we arrive. They have the sauce bar that changes with a variety of fruit veggie protein and sauce options! The layout of the bar is open clean and easy to use. The kbb and hot pot options are perfectly priced and we typically upgrade for the premium option as it is just more bang for your buck! A bit of advice, yes you can get rice and veggies and fillers but you may feel ripped off if you fill up so quickly! The quality of their meat is great so I fly through 10-11 trays of meat by myself not to mention my daughter (5 years old) eats 4 of their steaks . The Szechuan hot pot is my favorite as it has the perfect amount of spice and flavor! Atmosphere is wonderful and comfortable. Service is prompt and kind. If we have questions about anything we are always met with friendliness and understanding as the staff walks us through things such as the sauce bar or how to use the tablet. I recommend this to anyone who has had AYCE Kbbq and for anyone going for the first time, in general it’s great to do some research or take a well versed friend to show you the ropes!! Establishment is clean and maintained and bathrooms are clean as well!

I’ve been to many Korean BBQ spots, and IGrill has set my standards extremely high. We come here once or twice a month, and it never disappoints. Their waitlist system is very organized—you sign in, and when your table is ready, you receive a text giving you time to gather your group and prepare to be seated.

The service is top-tier, the food is consistently great, and the bar offers an excellent selection. I personally prefer coming on weekdays or Sundays because they serve my favorite side dish, cucumber salad. For some reason, it’s not available on Fridays or Saturdays, so I always make sure to visit during the week.

Food arrives quickly, and servers are very attentive—they clear empty plates right away. During peak hours, dishes may take a little longer to come out, but that’s completely understandable. Orders are placed through a tablet, with a maximum of 10 items per order, followed by a one-minute cooldown before you can order again. This works perfectly for couples, but for larger groups, you may find yourself waiting on the tablet more often.

There is a two-hour dining limit, which is more than enough time. Most of the time, we’re finished within 30 minutes to an hour.

One suggestion: it might be helpful to have a small guide on the table with cooking times for different meats, especially for guests who are new to Korean BBQ and may not be familiar with how it works.

Overall, the place is very organized, the service is excellent, the food is delicious, and the bar is unbeatable. Highly recommend.

First time here. It started out really good but ended on a gross note. My friend and I have never tried hot pot before, so we decided to give this place a shot due to the positive reviews. The service was great and the waitress was very helpful. However during our lunch, my friend found a black coarse hair in her noodles. She has blonde hair and this could not have came from her. She was so disgusted that she threw her meal up in the bathroom. I didn’t feel comfortable eating my food and lost my appetite.
We showed the waitress, she was able to talk to the manager and they took it off our bill.
Huge bummer, I don’t think we’ll be coming back again and will let our family know of our first experience here.

Came here for the first time. There was a slight wait, but the wait was definitely worth it. Staff are all friendly and quick with their service. The all-you-can-eat BBQ is what we opted for, but there is also an ‘AYCE’ hotpot option, or both. The salad bar has great options, I especially love the gimbap. Pricing is fair for what is received. Enjoyed our meal and will be coming back for another visit!

I’ve been here multiple times, being from California, and just getting back from NYC having KKQ from coast to coast, this spot in Albuquerque is 10/10. There’s been mediocre korean food until this place opened and still in top 3! So glad it’s so close to home! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

So a group of my friends wanted to come here to eat and i got to experience this restaurant. Honestly, it was not my thing at all, but it was a worthwhile experience to go. So if you’re not into cooking your own food and ready to eat your fill-in meat and veggies, I would not recommend this place. I love all you can eat places but the price is a bit steep in 25 per person. I wanted just the hot pot, but apparently, you have to select the grill package and have the hot pot as add-on instead. That kind of sucks because I didn’t really want to eat that much food, and it felt like a waste since it was 30 dollars for a bowl of soup and a small bowl of rice with a bit of protein and mushrooms. They do have a good selection of meats and the table service was fairly prompt but I do wish the waiters told us about the sauce station. I think we didn’t notice it until afterward. But the table service and servers were all very nice and prompt and they were very nice often offering to switch out our grill(since it was a bit smokey in the restaurant) so I am assuming that it was to help that. I did like that despite everyone cooking the air-conditioning was perfect and wasn’t hot at all in there. So overall it was good but I do wish they had other things for people to order in case they didn’t want to blow so much money on food they can’t eat a lot of. Also, a huge note to people: they also charge for food you don’t finish to avoid food wastage. So another con is you have to try to finish your food to avoid a bigger bill. But anyone not bothered by this stuff: if you love to cook with friends or family and want to bond over a 90-minute period and love to eat, this restaurant is for you.

I went to this restaurant with my wife to experience Korean barbecue and we learned that there’s the all you can eat option. They have two options one is $25 and the other is $35 including basically everything on their menu. We wanted to get the $35 option Since it was our first time in one to enjoy the Food and experience.

I was completely OK with it until I saw the 90 minute time limit that they Give you to basically eat and get the hell out when your time is up, Which is a complete Dealbreaker for me as a customer. Not because I wanna sit there for 10 hours and keep eating, but I think it’s Completely disrespectful to treat your customers like Racing horses And it kills the experience and pleasure of eating.

Another rule is that they charge you for the food that you ordered, but you couldn’t finish. Which I understand to a certain degree but honestly, it’s still weird.

I don’t think any person with any self-respect and who cares about Getting their moneys worth would go to this place.

Just because they want to make a little more money Out of customers, They want you to rush as much as you can to just eat whatever you order and get out. Well, good business strategy, They have lost two customers. I Would rather go somewhere else pay the double for the same food without any time limit limitations.

We’ve been here several times and are always impressed by the freshness and quality of the meat. Everything tastes great! Service is fast and efficient, and the staff are welcoming and helpful. We also love the K-pop songs selection they play in the restaurant. It’s become one of our go-to places, and we’re happy to recommend it to friends.
