First time ordering from here and we are seriously impressed! The delivery was fast and the food arrived hot and fresh. The pizzas were absolutely amazing — perfectly cooked crust, great flavor, and generous toppings. You can tell they use quality ingredients. Everything exceeded our expectations. The pizza dough was extremely hard—so hard that it actually hurt my gums while chewing. It made it difficult to enjoy the pizza at all. The ingredients tasted a little off, and the mushrooms were overly mushy. Overall, the texture and flavor just weren’t what I expected.

This has become our favorite pizza joint, and our favorite pizza. Food is always good, everyone is friendly, and prices are not outrageous. We generally get the Staff Special, though occasionally we mix it up. Sorry I didn’t take pictures when they first arrived tonight. We’re about halfway finished now.

I should have known by the dry “hello” and low energy from the guy who took my order, not to eat here…from the start it was the driest greeting that I’ve ever got walking into a place of business.
I ordered two med (sm) pizzas for business contacts at the hospital that called me and said that, that pizza was beyond horrible and that they cut it in long strips without going down the middle…which in turn made it super hard to eat.
I asked how did it taste? They informed that the pizza had a very sour taste to it, and that they had never experienced that before with pizza. They informed that they would inform other physicians not to dine there because the pizza they received was hard to eat in long strips and sour.
I do not recommend this place..but i should’ve known and listened to my gut and walked out the door without ordering with the guys sour attitude. They need someone with positivity and bubbly in the front not the guy who took my order.

I’ve always enjoyed iFratelli’s and have eaten at the Frisco location several times without any issues. However, this is now the second time I’ve become sick after eating from the Richardson location, about six to seven months apart. This recent experience was much worse I became extremely ill and almost went to the hospital due to severe stomach pain. It was the only meal I had that day, so I know it came from here. Something is definitely off at this location whether it’s the ingredients, food handling, or cleanliness. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to the Richardson location and will be cautious about ordering from any iFratelli’s for a while.
