A hidden gem! We had lunch at IBM BBQ today because a co-worker recommended this place. We loved the pulled pork and the burnt ends. Just the right smokiness and add your own sauce as you like it. The sides were top notch too, especially the corn bread. Friendly staff and quick service but watch out for the “hot” cookies!

Everything we had was great! Dave the owner seemed very nice. Guy knows how to make some BBQ ! Had a pork sandwich and the meat was smoked perfect. All sides I had were great. Baked beans were excellent. If you like BBQ, go for it, u won’t be disappointed!

We love great BBQ so it was a treat to discover I Burnt Mine BBQ several days ago. I had a full rack of ribs and my wife had the pulled pork sandwich. The sandwich was very good, but the ribs were the best I have had in Naples and we have been to all of the bigger places and many smaller ones. Don’t let the unpretentious looking storefront dissuade you.
We had our meals with excellent baked beans and potato salad.
If you love BBQ I am sure that you will be happy.

Best BBQ I’ve had in years.
We had the brisket, ribs, beans and coleslaw. All were excellent.
The quality of the meat that the owner selects is immediately apparent. Additionally, it’s all expertly prepared and smoked. Just perfect.

The BBQ had a nice flavor but this place has a long way to go to be a restaurant. Ordered two sandwiches one chip and two drinks. $21.00. Bun was cold like it was just thawed out. Basket was filled with juice from the pickle so everything was soggy. Girl at the counter couldn’t of cared less if we were there. Not sure why I tipped her.
After I found utensils I like the pork. The beef was dry but had a decent flavor. Owner needs to find an experienced restaurant person to manage this place and maybe they have a shot at surviving.

I.B.M. BBQ has the best smoked meat in the area! Burnt ends are my fave. We are from Kansas City, “Home of the Burnt Ends!” The ribs are a close second. My husband and I like the heavier smoke of the Burnt ends.
How much smoke is enough or too much is a matter of taste. Dave definitely has more smoke time than any other BBQ joint in town.
Keep it up!

I spent a few years in and around Austin, TX, which has excellent barbecue. It has been three years since I’ve been back in Naples, and I am so glad to have found a real barbecue place that lives up to my (now high) expectations. I’ll be ordering by the pound from here as long as they stay open.

Delicious! Get the combo dinner and try a bit of everything! It was all good, but the burnt ends were my favourite. The corn bread is crumbly, without being dry, and the potato salad has tonnes of flavour! 10/10, would eat again (and I will because there’s a lot of leftovers, even though I was sharing it).

Absolutely Horrible. I got the “full” rack of ribs that was obviously a 1/2 rack. They were not very good. They came with 2 “large” sides basically 2 tablespoons of Coleslaw and green beans. $20.00
Guest 1 got brisket , coleslaw and baked beans. I watched the guy in the back open a can of Bush’s baked beans. The brisket was so tough the plastic fork and knife couldn’t cut it. The brisket did not taste good enough to finish.$20.00
Guest 2 got Brisket and “Burnt ends”. First of all they lost his order and after he asked to cancel his order, they found it.
The brisket was identical to the other order, barely tolerable. The burnt ends tasted ok, but they definitely weren’t burnt by any stretch of the imagination.$25.00
We will not be back, especially with Texas Tonys and Rib City being right across the street.
