Just happened to see this food truck on our maps as we were passing thru. We always complain that it’s hard to come by a good burger these days. The Ellensburger was a top notch burger: very seasoned, juicy and fresh tasting. If you’re super hungry, I suggest getting the double burger on the menu. The grilled cheese and fries were great as well. We also tried a bottle of the locally made lavender lemonade which was mouth-puckeringly delicious. The chef and his son were super nice and fun to chat with. We definitely recommend stopping if you are passing thru!
This a was a great pit stop for us because: It’s located right off the highway, picnic tables to eat at in the shade, a clean honey bucket for our convenience, and a gas station in the next parking lot over.

Wasn’t expecting it to be a food truck, but it was 1000% better than anything else we could have expected. Delicious food, quiet spot by the inn and the owner is delightful. Featuring local ingredients and beverages. Definitely will make this a mandatory stop next time we’re driving through.

I first hit this spot when they switched management. Got a great sandwich and he offered me fries with their new recipe. Food was great. Second visit my burger was impeccable. Fries were perfect. I cannot believe this place isn’t busier yet. It’s only been a few months. Give it a bit of time and this spot will show you what great burgers are like!

Took forever. Annoying and loud music. There was one family ahead of us. We didn’t want a lengthy food stop so we asked how long it would be when we got there. He said 15 minutes. 30 minutes later we got our food. Should have just gone to Sonic literally 50 feet away. Similar quality food.

Grill cook: super nice!
We were hungry and seen this place a few time thought we would stop in. So I got an ellensburger and fries with a huckleberry lemonade.
The burger was super moist and amazingly seasoned. The bun was super soft and fluffy while still retaining its shape. The veggies were crisp and fresh!
The fries were super crispy and hot but not burnt like some places. They were the perfect fry with the best amount of seasoning possible!
The lemonade was a nice palette cleanser and was just the right combination of sweet and sour.
The man working the truck was absolutely amazing! He was kind and had the best beard I’ve seen in weeks around this city
Over all it was the best food experience we have had in weeks! I would come back asap if it weren’t for work being out of state!!!!
