I-45 Diner just became one of our top places for breakfast in Tomball!!! Food was great! Fresh and good portions for the price!! Staff was friendly and interior was nicely decorated. Definitely will be back to try other menu items!!!
Highlights… the hashbrowns were excellent!! They were very crispy on the outside!! The country potatoes had finely chopped bell peppers and onion and were covered in cheese.
Update: visited I-45 Diner again and had their meat lovers omelet with house potatoes!! Omelet was huge and was excellent!!

Great diner. I’m from the northeast where diners are everywhere. I-45 Diner offers the classic diner breakfast I was hoping for.
All the food was great. Eggs cooked perfectly and to the styles requested. Ham had a nice char on it. I’d like the bacon a little crispier, but perhaps I need to mention that when I order.
Hash browns are nicely browned, some places don’t give them enough color. Country potatoes were great.
Chicken fried steak is fried very well, great crunch.
Pancakes were delicious, but not a traditional fluffy texture – we enjoyed it though. French toast was cooked very well.
Overall, an awesome breakfast for the whole family. Happy to return for breakfast, and we will also try for dinner one evening.

This is one of the greatest place I’ve had breakfast!
The pancakes are the best we have ever had, they melt in your mouth, but still the texture is so great!
My mom had fish tacos and she said she felt like home!

Our new favorite breakfast spot. The waiter is so nice and friendly, the coffee and food is delicious and the rustic feel of the dining space makes you feel like you’re in the hill country. We have been 4 times and everytime it has been great!

Stopped by for brunch/early lunch on Wednesday. Food was GREAT! Blown away by the portion size and how good everything looked. Paid about $21 before tip, which was definitely worth the money. Service was great, and everyone was friendly. I ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and chocolate chip pancakes. I took half of it to go and it was just as good the second time! I don’t live in the area, but if I’m ever nearby, I would definitely consider going again!

We’ve been waiting a long time for this location to open and are excited it is finally here! I had the breakfast combo which came with the most delicious potatoes and pancakes I’ve ever had! My son got a grill chicken sandwich and said it tasted just as amazing as it looked!
