Food: Found this gem off TripAdvisor and wow, wow absolutely remarkable sushis exploding with flavour. Ordered at least 6 different varieties totaling 30 pieces and most of them mixed with cheese (gouda) mostly was just memorabilia for sure. Best sushi I’ve had in the world so far. Service: Service was lovely and open arm welcoming seems standard here which is great. Atmosphere: Calm, mellow, great art work on walls and just chilled and quiet.

I have never been to Japan but im sure this place beats Japan’s sushi. It was delicious, great atmosphere, staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Mehdi who explained everything and was super kind. Unfortunately, our food experience at Hy Sushi wasn’t great. We ordered delivery, and we were really disappointed. The only things we ate were the sushi and the Chinese soup; the chicken soup and the wok were tasteless. It was my first time ordering from there, so I’m not sure if it’s always like this or if we just had bad luck. However, based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend it.
