Only writing this review because they played in my face. First and foremost, the atmosphere is absolutely beautiful, great place to take pictures. But the food was burnt to hell. The nerve of the cook to even serve it to anybody. A dog wouldn’t even eat it on my soul. The bartender was not knowledgeable and got the order wrong after having it repeated to her numerous of times. She had to check in every time a question was asked. I still left her a tip because it’s hard out here. Again, beautiful establishment, food just was horrible. This was a takeout order.

Went for Sunday brunch, and the food was absolutely amazing! First off, the decor here is so pretty, it really gives the place a great vibe. The brunch is a buffet, and trust me, they have something for everyone. I like the fact that there is actually a person that serves you, so there aren’t tons of people touching the utensils and reaching all over the food. Whoever they have cooking knows how to throw down!! Everything I had was seasoned to perfection. We had a large party, and between all of us, we had everything on the buffet. There was not one complaint. The price is very reasonable for the amount and quality of food. I will definitely be back!

I hope this review is received as an opportunity to improve their brunch. It was Ladies day out & so we decided to check Hypnotic out. It’s a really Jazzy spot LOVE the setup, however the $25 per person for the brunch is way over priced for how it tasted & looked & they really need more employees asap. We had to wait abt 15 mins when really there was absolutely NO reason at ALL we should have had to wait because there was ABSOLUTELY NO1 sitting in the area where brunch was being served. ALL the bar tables where available even their VIP section only had 1table occupied, So why was there a wait? The food was not at all good the potatoes tasted as if they where frozen then unthawed they had a bitter after taste, the all the Brkfst meats was over cooked Non of the food had seasoning quit honestly they should have Paid US to eat there. I will NOT spend another 25 on brunch there until the food improves & the staff has a little more customer service ethics.

First timer and I appreciate the service we got even though the kitchen was about to close. They had karaoke and that was entertaining. I love the energy in here, setup and decor! Definitely will come back. Food was fresh and good.

The atmosphere was ok the food was cold and they only wanted to give one shrimp with a portion of grits. Buffet is not a buffet when you can’t get what u want pricey to say the least. 28 dollars and you can’t get more than one shrimp per serving

First impressions are everything! Went for Sunday brunch and was very pleased with the staff – everyone was very professional, attentive and friendly. The space was very clean and comfortable.
Now, the food…
The cost for the all you can eat brunch is $25 pp which did include non-alcoholic beverages. I was expecting a fully stocked buffet of food for that price, however there was a small selection of items, most of which were low. I had a plate of waffles, eggs, sausage, grits… the flavor was good, but the food was cold and we had to wait 15 minutes for a fresh batch of chicken and fish which were gone again within minutes, so we essentially paid full price for 1/2 of the available menu items.
Overall, I love that we have a spot close to Portsmouth for families during the day and the grown folks by night. This place has a lot of potential and I look forward to seeing how they perfect there food service.

This lounge was Amazing!!! I am so happy my husband and I went. I will definitely be back. The food was great, the bartenders were courteous and very helpful and made tasty drinks. From when we entered speaking to the Security guard and the manager the experience was great from start to finish. Whoever decorated the lounge, they did an exceptional job. A great place for date night or just the ladies. Ladies you must go and experience it!!!
