We just checked out the new Hype Bar & Grill in Cedar Park on a whim and we’re SO glad we did! The food was amazing, the drinks were on point, and the atmosphere was exactly what you want for a fun dinner and drinks—clean, welcoming, and full of good energy.
Our waiter, Kevin, was AWESOME. Super friendly, full of laughs and smiles, and incredibly helpful with menu suggestions. He truly made the experience even better.
We ordered the chicken fried rice and it was BOMB!!! So flavorful and cooked perfectly. We also tried the boiled peanuts—super good with just a tad of spice (I loved them though!).
All around, this is a fantastic spot for great food, great service, and a great time. We’ll definitely be back!

Went on a Saturday night and got seated right away. We ordered the sweet and sour soup, goat soup. Both were absolutely delicious. Then we got the tequila sunrise which was surprisingly refreshing! For protein we ordered the chicken hariyali kebab(8/10), the lamb skewers (10/10), and the grilled shrimp (12/10). Shrimp was the best on the menu. Atmosphere was warm, service was good. Will definitely return. BTW I love it when the portion sizes are generous and they dont skimp out. We had Victoria serve us and she was very friendly and accommodating. She even got warm water for my friend who was feeling a bit under the weather. Overall I would highly recommend a visit here!

He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure everything went smoothly. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to customer service. Because of Mr. Kevin, my experience was excellent. Happy hour is great. Service is slow but friendly. Put you last happy hour order in early because they charged us full price at 6 even after we waited a long time to order. (We sat at the bar.) The hh $5 buffalo wings were great!

Waited forever for this place to open and it was definitely worth the wait! 99% of the staff are from Buffalo Wild wings after they crapped on them and just happened the owner was there and told them to come work for him. Staff is friendly. The cook comes out and asks how spicy I want my food. Doreen, Victoria, Kevin and Travis are right there ready to serve you and the food is freaking awesome! Great selection of draft beers and have Indian beers in bottles. Great selection of specialty drinks too.

We came with friends for the first time. The atmosphere was great especially if you are into sports. There are tvs everywhere with different sporting events. Chill environment which makes you want to hang out. Food was flavorful and great quality. Our waitress was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely come again.
