This is by far my FAVORITE place. I call in and order sweet blueberry tea and they always make it for me!!! They are so awesome ! Great tea and 4 gallons last me, great price and always a friendly place.. I drive 20 miles every two weeks to buy this tea it is AMAZING!! Well worth it!!! If you haven’t tried it yet you are missing out!!!

Best coffee and cappuccino, and they also rent out the big meeting room for corporate meetings or birthdays. Really great rates on the space. The owners are really nice people and the staff are courteous and look like they like the job. I would definitely recommend getting a hot chocolate or the special of the day.

On a recent visit to New Mexico, my mom brought me here while we were in the area. I ordered the Coconut Tea and it was very good. The employees were friendly and made our drinks quickly. The building even has what looked to be an event hall. Next time I’m in Portales I’ll stop by here again for sure.

We had the worst experience with management there. We rented out the venue for a birthday party and after sweeping, mopping and fixing an already broken toilet, we were told we’d have to wait 2 weeks for our $300 deposit back. After 2 weeks, calling multiple times and getting the run around I finally went to speak with management only to find kids there running the store with no way to reach a manager. Then my wife gets a call stating I was “harrassing” the staff and that charges could be pressed against me for simply asking about our deposit. Very grimy way of doing business. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

The sandwich Traditional Turkey was toasted just how I like it and the cheddar Sun Chips was a great side and my coffee Latte was brewed perfectly but could have been hotter. I really enjoy the coconut tea it just soothes my soul. I love the atmosphere of this place, I feel at home! The brownie was also an excellent choice. Thank you Hydration Station!

They serve the best food and have great Teas! You can also get pearls (boba) in them which tastes even better combined! Also very nice people and they don’t take long to take your order which is great! Highly recommend going here.

A great place for a cool down on a hot day or warm up when it’s cold. The staff members are great people and always willing to help. While the food may be pricey, the quality makes it worth the price. I absolutely love this place.

When I got my drink at first I was thrown off because it was blended. BUT it’s friggin delicious!! All my kids loved their drinks and hubby, “yeah, that’s good lemonade!”. Very impressed!

I had a difficult time finding this place, but it was worth the find! Came here on a pretty early Saturday for some coffee and pastries.
First thing I noticed was the amazingly cute decor and interior. There’s a ton of introspective quotes that really show the character of this place! I especially appreciate how they intertwine faith with the decor – super ingenious. The store is actually a lot bigger than it looks on the outside. It’s kind of cottage-like with a drive-thru area on the side. If you walk past the dining area, there’s a hallway that leads to a very cute room with more tables and chairs. I think a lot of groups rent out the space for parties and events, which is really nice!
The have a pretty diverse menu of drinks – espresso, tea, latte, coffee, etc. They also serve different baked items, bagels, muffins, sandwiches, and salads. I was looking forward to getting a sweet item, but they only have it occasionally.
I tried the caramel latte and an apple cinnamon muffin. The latte was pretty good, but not the best flavor wise. The taste could have been stronger and there could have been more caramel flavor, but overall it was not bad. It was a nice drink to have in the early morning. The muffin was tasty. Not sure if it was made in house, but after they heated it up for me – it was really good! Could taste the apple and cinnamon; it wasn’t too sweet nor was it dry.
tl;dr – Really wanted to try the salads or sandwiches, but never got a chance to. Definitely will be back when I’m in the area! Their flavored tea drinks seem to be quite popular, and the food items sound intriguing and priced at an affordable price.
