I’ve visited Hyderabad Tandoori Food Truck multiple times, especially for their Mysore Bonda, and it never disappoints. This time we ordered Mysore Bonda, Dosa, Chicken Biryani, Street Style Chicken Noodles, Tea and everything tasted fresh and well prepared. The Mysore Bonda is easily my favorite, crispy on the outside, soft inside, and full of flavor, and the chutneys served with it were really tasty and complemented it perfectly.
The staff is consistently friendly, the truck is clean, and the overall vibe and ambiance are really nice. Service is smooth and portions are satisfying. A dependable spot for good Indian food that I keep coming back to.

Food Safety Concern – Undercooked Chicken & Unreachable Support
Today I purchased Mandi Chicken Biryani from Hyderabad Tandoori (Apex location), and I am extremely disappointed with the experience.
The mandi chicken was clearly undercooked / half-cooked, which is a serious food safety issue, and the biryani was not prepared properly either. This is unacceptable, especially when customers trust a restaurant/foodtruck with their health.
What made the situation worse is that I tried multiple times to contact the restaurant, but the phone number is not reachable. A business serving food must have a working support contact to handle issues like this. Not responding only adds to customer frustration and shows a lack of accountability.
I expect this matter to be taken seriously. I am requesting a full refund for the order due to poor food quality and the potential health risk involved.
I hope the management will acknowledge this issue, respond promptly, and take corrective action so that other customers do not face the same experience.

We tried the Juicy Mandi over the weekend evening . The rice was acceptable, but the chicken was half-cooked. It felt like it was cooked on very high heat to rush the process, leaving most of the thigh undercooked. We had to throw it away. We thought this is adhurs as google was showing that and we have contacted them instead, this is such a horrible experience we got .Not recommended

We ordered Chicken Noodles, chicken 65 , mysore bonda and Dum Biryani. Every item was so good . Pure Indian Hyderabadi flavors. Try it before you follow the negative reviews. They were really welcoming and helpful and definitely serving fresh items. Our kids loved the noodles and chicken appetizers.

Absolutely one of the best biryanis and chilly chicken I’ve had in a long time! The biryani has an unmistakable Kerala touch—rich, aromatic, and full of depth—which makes it truly special (at least for me ) . And the chilli chicken? A total standout! None of that burnt-garlic taste with chilli powder you find all over Raleigh—this is packed with flavor, perfectly balanced, and tastes genuinely authentic. A must-try! Also this place is to-go only there is no sit and eat option.

We have tried couple of food places in Apex, honestly one of the good food we ate. Ordered Chicken Dum Biryani , Egg Dum Biryani, challa punugulu with karam podi and Nellore ghee karam dosa. Every thing was tasty. My whole family enjoyed the food. Biryanis were fresh and flavorful. Dosa was spicy and crispy . Challa punugulu were so soft, and with the karam podi and onions , they were yummy. Will come back for sure. Please maintain the same flavors .

Tried their Chicken noodles , chicken Mandi , Ghee karam Dosa and Chicken Biryani. Honestly everything was very tasty. They made the biryani fresh and it was as delicious as they said. Noodles were tasty as well. And the Mandi is definitely different and soo good . Mandi has its own flavor. The sauce was too good for me. And dosa was like nice crispy and spicy with two chutneys on side.
