This place is excellent for South Indian options. we tried the curd rice , idli sambar and filter coffee, all of that was amazing!
But if you are a North Indian and are trying their main course, you might be disappointed, cause it’s average. Prefer getting South Indian meal options here. The soup had too much oil and we asked them to replace it, which they gladly did so we really appreciate the staff!

Had a great meal at Hyderabad House. The atmosphere is very nice. They have a unique vibe. The staff was friendly and helpful. I got Navratan Korma and the wife got Chicken Korma along with Garlic naan. The staff checked on us many times and the chef even came out to see how the food was. Will definitely go back. We did not take pictures of the food but it was pretty.

We were seated immediately… they were very helpful with our questions about the menu choices as well as needing vegan options for one of our party. Server helped us understand the spice level (we are 2 and 3 level) that would make it tasty and flavorful but not burning my tongue and lips! Turned out perfect, the garlic naan was hot and perfect side with the white rice and our curries. Excellent choice and close to our hotel too!

Attempted to go for my sister’s birthday. She’s love’s Indian food and has been craving it since she came to Columbia and this place looked like it had great reviews. Brought her and my my mother. We were seated and based on the amount of people already eating it looked nice. So we sat with our menus and waited and waited. The table next to us put in their orders and got their food and the waitress didn’t even look at us. We watched a table get cleaned and still no one looked came over. Sat for more than 30 minutes when we realized that we weren’t going to be served. If there weren’t going to serve us they should have said so at the door, we would have found a different place.
