Ordered the Cobb salad without the blue cheese. After 20 min and a mostly empty seating area, they arrived with no bacon or avocado. Asked about the missing toppings, waitress says ‘oh yeah’. Waited another 15 min for those to get brought to us.

The food is good, but the service keeps me coming back. Kaylee is a shining star when you walk in the door she always has a smile on her face and ready to take your order it’s amazing to see someone young so full of life genuinely happy to see you. That’s why I stop as often as I can. Great job Hyvee, keep up the good work.

Waited for an hour to get food when it finally came out we were very disappointed we ordered the chicken sandwich combo it was missing condiments and the chicken was overcooked and chewy it came on a very small bun every bite was tough chicken I do not recommend that sandwich. Service was slow but the staff was friendly.

My family showed up around 11:30 hoping to get a late breakfast. We were politely told that breakfast hours are until 11 on weekdays. Troy however went above and beyond to make our experience great! He let us order breakfast, brought the meal out to us so quick, and had such a wonderful attitude the whole time! While serving us, my mother mentioned that she had messed up while ordering and instead of ordering the Country Sampler, she ordered the Good Start and was a little bummed that she wouldn’t have biscuits and gravy. Well Troy overheard and brought her out some! This was by far the best experience my family has ever had not only at Hy Vee Market Grille but ANY restaurant ever! Thank you for making our family outing enjoyable

My experience tonight was very disappointing first asked for kids meal ( Chinese food) when to order from menu we were told we had to make 2 different transaction ok that’s fine young man running register must have been new he could figured out a kids meal .Placed our order Cheese burger and a grilled chic sandwich it was an ordeal. Over all so disappointing we won’t be going back. 1 star is too much

I have only had breakfast here at the Market Grille. Have been here for Breakfast many times, and have always gotten a great breakfast. I started out getting the same thing every time because it was so good. Then I got brave and started ordering different breakfasts. I haven’t been disapointed.

This review is honestly about the staff. It was 4th of July and the man that was there running the grill by himself was absolutely amazing. He had a couple of raucous parties and he kept on his toes around them while also paying a lot of attention to us. Only problem was sprite was disgusting so we got root beer instead

I really like the enclosure. It now doesn’t feel like you are sitting eating your meal right in the middle of a grocery store! The food has always been very good, and LOVE the salad bar. It’s a bit pricy, but haven’t been dissatisfied with any choices. My biggest complaint had always been feeling so “exposed ” to shoppers, but this had been remedied with the new remodel!
