I need to hear at least a couple times a month the food is a good value. The staff is always friendly. The only thing that’s disconcerting there’s always a half a dozen or more tables that are dirty. I looked around but just before I wrote this and there was actually nine tables with food debris on them.

Really friendly crew working there. The hibachi grill guy was very nice and helpful with getting what I wanted. Food really good and nicely priced. I got the hoisin sauce, shrimp/steak, bunch of veggies. 10/10 coming back when I visit Missouri again.

I just wanted 3 chicken strips and a fountain drink. It cost 10.33 and the chicken strips were smaller than average and revolting mush. I don’t think that the cooks or anyone did anything wrong. They seemed fresh. They just tasted terrible and had a terrible texture. Like really low quality chicken with no seasoning and a terrible batter recipe. The pineapple cream soda was good and the staff were friendly though. Oh and it’s hot in here. They need to turn up the AC.

Had order a few time from the hyvee market and always had a good experience up until today. I order almost $30 in food from them and was missing half of it. Also the burger I order was overcooked and inedible(ordered medium, it was cooked to 3 different temperature throughout the burger. Worst food I’ve ever received from anywhere. I could have gotten a better burger from McDonald’s and only paid a couple dollars instead of $9. As a restaurant manager and someone who’s worked in a kitchen most of their life I am astonished anyone would think that was acceptable to serve to paying customers. If you choose to order from them cross your fingers cause it’s either great or inedible no in between from this kitchen.

From my experience as a delivery driver I have had top notch service from the manager to the bartender. It seems that this new concept of finer dining in a supermarket hasn’t caught on well yet but this looks like a fantastic place to have dinner with drinks on the southwest side of town. Again, the service I’ve received during the course of my business with them has always been five stars every time. I was impressed.

They are on the Springfield Cashew Chick trail. Hopefully, it’s better at some time. Chicken was dry and like rubber. Also, I hope you like heavy oyster sauce. If not, stay away!!!! All the tables in the seating area were dirty! Not what was expected at all! Low-Vee employees just swept the table off into the floor!

I am sad to write this review, as I have been to breakfast here a couple of times with decent experiences. Today too many things piled up that I could not ignore. The good is that the staff was very nice and we got most of our food quickly. Unfortunately they cooked some eggs wrong, forgot to add the potatoes on that we ordered and had to wait for those. Never brought the drink menu we asked for, never filled our waters, and two of my kids found hair in their food, that they quickly diagnosed was not their own. I do not think we will be able to come back here despite the convenient location and large portions.
