My fiancé and I spontaneously decided to eat breakfast here for the first time. Michele who look our order was extremely nice and helpful. She made our whole experience better while putting smiles on our faces! Our food was also delicious and great value! We will definitely be coming back! Super impressed!

Guy taking our order behind the counter was incredibly rude, and then when we went to find a table, there were zero clean tables with exception to one lonesome high top. Completely disgusting experience. So sad because this is my Hy-Vee that I shop.

There is an individual named josh s in your meat department, I’ve had to deal with him 2 or 3 times before today. But today was the end of it. He has no business serving the public. He has no customer service skills what so ever and today he totally broke the barrel. After I told his buddy that he was not up to par,
he proceeded to walk over with a gigantic smile on his face, unknowing that I would turn around and watch him and then call him out. I will NOT return to this location for anything. This guy is has no business working at hyvee in a customer service orientation.
