After the past few experiences with the deli department we are taking our business elsewhere from now on.
We called ahead of time to make sure the deli was open, and they were supposed to be open until 8pm.
We walked up to the deli at 7:55pm to get a couple pounds of meat for Memorial Day when I noticed everything was already wrapped up and they were shutting the lights off and making a sandwich for themselves.
When I asked if they were still open the girl who didn’t even work in deli said they were closed and as I was walking away she said to the actual deli worker “I got you” insinuating that she helped him to avoid doing his job.
I went up to a manager after and asked what time the deli was supposed to close and he said not until 8 and they were not allowed to be cleaning up until then. Given that everything was cleaned and closed by 7:55 I’m guessing they shut down by 7:30.
I shop at hyvee even with the inflated prices because of the quality of food and the normally exceptional service, but clearly this hyvee is not up to normal standards.

Today, Sunday April 13th I went at area to post paking and sell mail stamps around 1:30 PM And then they was a Afro American girl and I ask if she faxed 1 paper for me and she luke the paper and she tell me Sorry the faxed machine is broke she luke like she don’t want to do for me even if I Want to pay for the faxed my paper she make me feel seed I’m thinking the manager needs to talk this employees are they treat the costumes, for that reason I give 1 star even I don’t give none
