Good first visit. For my son I ordered the burger and tots. And for myself I ordered the cheesesteak combo. The sweet tea was great.The sandwich was good. But it seemed the fries and tots were either fried too long or cooked in old oil. My sons tots looked almost burnt. The atmosphere was nice. It was neat and clean in the dining area. Music played in the background. They brought the food to my table. Would I go back yes. But they just need to be mindful of that one situation. 8/10

Friendly staff. Took some time to get my large order made but was worth the wait. I just wish it wasn’t so dirty above right where the food is being made/prepped. I wouldn’t have ordered had I noticed the dust prior to ordering. I mean food was still good though…

Very good food. When I lived I Stuart, Florida they had one and I went all of the time. The burger looks a but squished as I did pick it up to go but everything was great including the shrimp po boy that is not pictured as it was already devoured lol

This is how we got our food at the Hwy 55 in Elgin tonight. After waiting in line for about 20 minutes and being told that they did not have lemonade, this is what we got. I inquired about why the food was placed in a bag like this, we were told this is how they are bagging orders now. I have been to this location several times and the level of service has gone down drastically. I won’t be coming back anymore.

The food is very good when prepared as requested and the fries when hot are the best.
Last time I ordered 4 cheeseburgers, every single one was made incorrectly and only one had cheese.
Time before I ordered 6 hotdogs and only two were prepared correctly.
As much as I like the food my wife has had enough and she wants nothing more from here. So I guess we will eat elsewhere.

I just ordered through door Dash. I got the double cheeseburger Andy’s size with pepper jack instead of American. That burger was SO amazing!! and I like the price. It was still hot when it arrived. And the tater tots were crispy which is good because I didn’t want them to get soggy during the delivery. It was better than a Five Guys burger. I also ordered The Moose. I have yet to try it I saved it for later!
