Honestly, it’s gross. The food wat hot at least. The portion size was astounding. The strawberry shortcake shake was good but used immatation strawberry. Looked nothing like the picture. I ordered a Philly looked reheated mush. Fried pickles were good but so greasy. Onion rings, eh nothing wrong with them. The whole building is falling apart. Dust fell from the vents in the ceiling. Paint chips from the poorly painted wall. Chairs falling apart. I won’t be back. It wasn’t a good experience. I’d rather spend my money somewhere else. My husband got a burger and tots. Tots were good. The only thing I can’t hate on is the made there custard. It was good. Dude, in the kitchen, no gloves cross contaminating. Just don’t go. At least we didn’t get sick from here.

I had the moose cheesesteak & chilli cheese fries it was so tasty, my son enjoyed his chicken tenders and onion rings & my uncle enjoyed the all American cheesesteak ! Everything was FRESH no complaints will definitely come back !

I stood at the counter while the host talk with the other two men in the back just laughing. After paying for my order, I started taking pictures and another employee woman rudely ask did I need to be helped because I was taking pictures as if she was ready for me to leave. My food was practically thrown in the bag and was not done correctly. I asked for extra meat and mayo…and.. yeah, guess they didn’t feel they had to.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY. We love this shop and their food, but they’ve let us down every time we order from home. If you go in person it’s great, but they really do not care about delivery orders. This is how our food arrived. A large shrimp burger was smushed into the bottom of the bag, and had minimal shrimp and toppings on it. Then the Shrimp Po Boy was packed sideways, so it fell apart. Plus soggy tots and an entirely missing concrete.

Very uncomfortable. The staff was friendly, but no one was wearing a mask. The floor seemed like it hadn’t been mopped in months. We went on a slightly rainy day and the whole place seemed really dark and almost dingy.

They declined an online order…arrived and it was TOTALLY empty… went in person and the sanitation score is an 86. So there’s that. But the fried pickles came out hot, the orangeade is good still. My teenagers opinion: “it’s dirty looking and definitely run down in a lot of places… all the seats are busted an torn. There’s a lot of flies. The cheese fries are decent.” Edit to add… bread was stale. At first thought just toasted but tasted stale… chicken strips look overcooked in the pic, and were. Tough to eat. Shrimp itself was good, fried pickles were good, and the orangeade was good. We probably won’t be back based on today’s experience though. Not worth the price. No one even checked on us after taking our order so we could let them know our concerns, no one brought a check after we were done…. we just sat there. We didn’t even eat 1/4 of the food if that tells you the quality. Guess we will GO ASK for our check, and will pass on to go boxes for sure. From where we are sitting we can see 3 connected security cameras. Maybe someone should be watching and reviewing? Lost and disappointed lol. Unfortunate, as we loved this place many years ago when it was “Andy’s”, but yea. Won’t be back.

Worst experience ever got there with a sign out front saying short staff but it was about 6 or 7 people in there more then I’ve ever seen in there before. Waited 25 mins just to get a cold burger like ice cold. Server said they would take it off long story short. I go to pay the bill and it still have the burger on it then she tells me her manager gave me a discount. My burger meal cost 8.99 this dude gave a .93 cent discount. Are you freaking serious. Stay away never again . This manager Miles is worthless as a manager no customer service skills

This is only portion size rating. Waitress was great. Concrete cup was only half full and that cup was even reduced in size. Drink cups are smaller. Chicken Philly had little meat and the hamburger and bun looked like it was run over before we received it. Onion rings were so disappointing. They tasted like old grease was used. Because of the smaller portion sizes we will no longer choose this restaurant to eat at. The thanks goes to the owner for your decision to reduce the portion sizes!

2nd visit- I returned again! This time we got another waitress that was awesome! I believe her name was Stacy? I have to tell you that the employees really add to the old timely welcoming feeling, and I love it! She was aware and attentive to our needs unlike other local restaurants. I give ten stars to the staff and 20 stars to whom ever is hiring these wonderful waitstaff. Thanks so much. You are my new favorite place!
