Staff was polite and attentive. Place was full when we went in, so the staff was busy working. (Manager on site with 3 cooks and 3 wait staff.) The food was cooked right in front of us. It was hot, fresh, and delicious! We went inside to order takeout for our first visit, and we’re looking forward to our next visit. (The building is a little old and a bit small, but they make it work. In my opinion, it adds to the charm of the place. Has a diner vibe, which is intentional.)

Cool atmosphere. We were told to sit anywhere we like but we were never served. Not even handed a menu. I thought maybe they were running behind on some orders, but a small group of people came in a few minutes after us and were handed a menu by the staff at their table. Not sure why we were never helped but finally left after about 10 minutes of not being helped. Went to the Mexican restaurant across the street instead.

Our server was this nice girl who treated us quickly and was attentive, without smothering us. The food was brought out fast, no more than 15 minutes after placing our order. The burgers are actually really good, even the buns felt nice and soft. The sweet tea was so good too and they use crushed ice. The place was clean and the atmosphere was quiet on Sunday night.

I always have a good experience here until a few days ago. Waited for drinks for 10 minutes, waited another 40 for food. Food order was incorrect and COLD so I had to send it back, unfortunately. They were out of ranch for fried pickles and the salads but that’s okay, I took it home and ate my fried pickles at home. I know it was an off day but my God, so frustrating to wait so long and the food to be ice cold. I’ll come back but probably at a less busy time. Wait staff was wonderful with my kid and the tea was AMAZING! Food that I finally did get was delicious. Best grilled cheese with bacon I ever had. Good bread. Gravy fries were awesome.

Absolute horror… I been stopped going to this location, nothing but kids working. I decided to go last night, first time ever eating in. I was ignored, disrespected. Alex got a attitude 1st when we asked for fresh onion rings, that we sat & watched be re dipped in fryer. Then when I told her service was awful after I asked to speak with her manager & she told me she was the manager…. Lies, nice lady name Michelle was the manager. Last, I told her they gave me a half raw burger, her response ” well, I didn’t make your burger…” Continued to walk away, no I’m sorry, we apologize, can we get you something else… NOTHING!!! Was told repeatedly not to go there, had to learn the hard way…. NEVER AGAIN

Awesome food! Tots were amazing! Caramel shake was on point. New waitress was slow (still learning) but she was trying and the team made sure she was successful! Dining area was clean and cozy.
