What happened to this place? Was here year ago and was pretty decent. From the first sticky step inside(literally sticking to the floor). That should have been my sign to walk out. Went to bathroom to wash my hands and it was pretty nasty and the light switch was busted up. Staff was nice and polite. I normally eat in but was just turn off by the sticky floors and bathroom so got it to go. On the way out noticed the 92 food score. My cheesesteak was soggy and made with cheader cheese(thats on me should have ask just assumed it provolone or white american). It did however have a decent amount of meat. Next the BLT. It was pretty good and had good amount of bacon. Probably will not return intill something have changed, mainly that food grade.

What once was a brand new building with checkered floor and a retro vibe, now it is a run down place with very sticky floors. I am not sure if it is the glue from the old floor that was not properly removed, or the fact that the floor was dirty. We ordered a BLT and a cheesesteak sandwich with large fries. The size of the BLT was good for the price, and it had a lot of bacon in it. The cheesesteak was in a hot dog bun almost, and not really worth the almost $11 for it. The fries were more of a medium size than a large, and were $3.99. What really bothered me was the 92 sanitation score, with a cook not wearing a beard guard. The place looks really run down, both inside and outside. I know that there aren’t many choices in this area, but I will not be back.

We absolutely love this highway 55! The service was phenomenal, thank you Brittany for providing us with great service at the window which is very rare these days! For three people we paid about $30, the price is reasonable, the food is good and the service is great!

Im giving this location three stars because the food has consistently been good, and most of my past customer service experiences here have been positive. However, this specific experience was completely over the top and honestly horrifying, which is why I can’t rate it higher.
During a visit around noon, a female associate which I later found out her name is Taylor K. was rude and dismissive from the beginning. When I tried to place my dine-in order at the counter, she brushed me off and walked away. After she overheard another customer and me comment on her attitude, she became defensive and escalated the situation instead of de-escalating it.
She then told another employee not to take my order, loudly complained about dealing with customers, said she hated customers, and repeatedly made comments like “fire me” while my food was already being prepared. Her behavior created a hostile and uncomfortable environment.
Because of this, I asked for my food to be bagged and left. When I briefly returned to get her name , she again made loud remarks about me in front of other customers. Another concerning part of this experience was that the other associates initially hesitated to provide the employee’s name and only did so after she gave them permission. There should never be hesitation to identify an employee when a customer is present and an issue is occurring.
What made this even more concerning is that the associate later contacted my workplace and presenting herself as if she were scared , despite being the one who had acted aggressively and unprofessionally during the encounter.
I understand customer service can be stressful, but this behavior went far beyond a bad day , and should absolutely be addressed by management.
I have already contacted the corporate office regarding this incident, but I also wanted to share my experience here so other customers are aware and can speak up if they’ve experienced similar treatment at this location.

Stopped here to get a concrete after dinner and was very disappointed. Drive thru line took a decent amount of time. The amount in the concrete seemed like it was less than 1 scoop of custard mixed with the toppings. Taste was good at least but not for the price.

Did an online order. Had two shakes and fried pickles. The food came and it was only the fried pickles. The delivery guy said the staff said there’s no shakes. The restaurant receipt took them off but my online receipt says the 2 shakes. I tried to call the restaurant but they have calling restrictions. So now I’m out of money and two shakes. Smh

Went on a quick date in this location , food was taking over 30 minutes worker had gloves on touching his hat and food at the same time gross! Also girl was playing with my dipping sauce didn’t take serving serious at all. Felt like I was in the high school caff.

I got an all Americana burger with extra pickles and extra lettuce. The tomatoes were gritty, lettuce was NOT fresh (obviously), and the burger was drenched in mayo. I also tried to call in for the complaint so others wouldn’t experience the same thing but unfortunately the store phone wasn’t on either.

First time there. Ordered through Drive-thru. Expected a juicy hot burger and hot onion rings, a full order for my $13.00. Burger was cold, bread crumbled when I tried to bite my burger which meant the bread was old. Onion rings were old amdb c old, very hard. First and last visit for the money spent. Not worth it.
