I called in an order for my family’s food (knowing it was a complete mistake to even order from ANY Hwy 55 in the first place, but especially not Snow Hill & Farmville) I repeated my order TWICE and it was still made incorrectly. I ordered 2 shrimp burgers, one all the way (ketchup and slaw) and one plain (I repeated twice, no ketchup, no slaw) and we got our order, both had ketchup, no slaw on either. Also, my husband’s John Boy & Billy Burger was sloppy looking. Called back to inform them of this and the person on the phone said they were out of slaw (I wasn’t told this on the phone when I ordered) and then said “are you going to come get fixed or not, it’s not that serious.” We live over 20 minutes away, I’m not driving back, but this food is not worth the price!! This is NO WAY to speak to a customer and definitely not LYN worthy!!! Lesson learned, never go to a Hwy 55 again!

Good service and friendly staff. Food was average. Place is definitely a hole in the wall. Bathroom was not clean and litter on the floor so I rated the atmosphere low. Would I eat here again? Sure, just understand that it’s good for a quick bite but other than that don’t expect too much.

Bring back the old hwy 55 food and service. The shrimp platter use to be so good but now the shrimp are horrible with a thick pepper breading. The waitresses use to be outgoing as well but now it’s subpar ask for a lemonade she stated she had already shut the machine down and the soda machine wasn’t working either and this was more than 30 minutes before closing time.

How is this place still open? A 12 dollar meal looks like a kids meal! Got an Andy’s size burger. If this is Andy’s size I’d hate to see a regular size! Every time I eat here I tell myself it’s the last time. I figured after 2 years they’d get there mess together but nope! Had to go to Burger King so I wouldn’t go home hungry.

I had lunch at hwy 55 in Farmville today and the food was amazing. Keisha cooked my food and served me and it was just like home cooking

Stopped in here while traveling through. Got a double cheese burger with chili and slaw. Get plenty of napkins cause it will make a mess but totally worth it!

Food cooked to your liking or how it’s ordered hard to get. Have a difficult paying for extra toppings and get what looks like a regular serving but paying more. To many times to count now. If done right great place and friendly staff.

My girlfriend and I went today and what wasn’t wrong? She ordered a large cheesestake and got a small, I ordered a burger with provolone and bacon — no provolone or bacon. The fries were undercooked and extremely soggy. And a small fry… When I ordered a large. This place has been incompetent since I was in high school. My fault for assuming anything in this town ever gets better. Save yourself the disappointment and head to Greenville if you crave a highway burger. The hwy 55 on 10th street is the best. Maybe these employees could stand to shadow the ones there for a few days.
