Very clean when making food; fast and we didn’t know that they had closed four minutes after we ordered, never a sigh or grunt from any of the employees. No issues with modified orders; 5 star rating is reserved for a 100% satisfaction.

Had not been here in several years….. went last Saturday and was really surprised. Great service, great food, Huge amount of shrimp on the platter….. I thought she was making an order for 2 people when I saw her batter and drop the shrimp in fryer. Will definitely be returning again soon.

Hands down this is the best Hwy 55 in Rocky Mount. There Po’boy meal is spectacular and the service immaculate. The two women working/ running the place should get raises.

I placed a call in order said no onions as I am allergic, went to recieve my food and had onions. Asked to have my food remade and the cook who had just got on shift decided that it’s my fault I recieved onions after I told them twice no onions. They will not be receiving my service again the manager and young girl on the register were amazing but their cook needs to fix his attitude it was on the ticket no onions so not my fault you can’t cook food right

I went on Oct. 29, 2024 at approximately 7:40 pm. No other customers were there. Three people were working possibly as one gentleman sat at the counter shooting the breeze with the other worker. I ordered water and an Americana Burger all the way with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and mayo. I received a burger with onions, mustard and cheese. When I inquired, I was told by another waitress that the other waitress was confused when I agreed to “all the way” even though I asked the initial server about the burger. If this is the best you can do in training your workers then please shut this place down. I will never go back there again. The floors were nasty, seating was torn, missing trim work, areas needed painting and the menus were not updated (prices redacted). It is obvious that no one is monitoring this establishment.

We made a pit stop here on our trip and so glad we did! We sat at the. Bar and had excellent service. I ordered the Jalapeño Philly and my husband had the American burger. Everything was delicious and hot. Restaurant was clean. Would recommend this little gem to everyone!

The waiter didn’t even know how much the special was, said I think its under $10. Inside really in need of refreshing and the bathroom was filthy. Food was OK but nothing special. 2 of the cooks got in a screaming and cussing argument over how one was cooking a cheese steak then one pulled a knife on the other. I’m so glad my kids won’t with us. I will never go back again.
