Seriously worst hwy55 in all of goldsboro. Food is terrible and service not any better. Also i’m pretty sure I saw the cook eating fries in the kitchen too. Mcdonald’s is much better and that’s saying a lot. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Was not dissapointed by this place at all; super easy quick food and highly reccomend the cheesesteak… Staff is super friendly… went there three times… def different experiences depending on who’s working… but absolutely zero complaints… one time we went it was literally a packed house on a Sunday night… could tell staff was a little overwhelmed but I’m not gonna knock them down for that, the other two times not busy at all and def felt welcome…

$45 (not including tip) worth of nasty food that we waited more than 30 minutes for in the drive through. I wish I didn’t tip. Ordered two chicken cheesesteak meals, the sandwiches barely had anything in them and the fries were so over salted I couldn’t even eat them. I ordered a large brownie sundae to share with my husband, which came looking like a small (in comparison to the one ordered at the other hwy55 down the road), and why is it on paper? Who wants to scrape custard off of paper? No comment on the kids meals. Definitely was not worth the wait or the money. So disappointing.

Ate lunch at this location today. Since new management I can tell a huge difference in the food and environment. I’ve ate here several times and the food just keeps getting better and better. My server niki was amazing and on point with my refills. The assistant manager actually cooked my food and everything was perfect. I highly recommend this location. I see the staff trying hard to turn this location around.

Update – Credit where credit is due. The general manager quickly reached out to us to make things right. I’m updating for now and when we get a chance to get back I will update further.
My dad went to pick up dinner for us. My wife wrote down the order on a piece of paper and he handed it to the person at the counter. When he gets home we have no fries and no drinks with our meals. The icing on the cake is that my wife called back and told them about the missing fries and drinks and mentioned that order was written as meal. The person she talked to told her that she was wrong and that it didn’t say anything about meal. I’ve attached the order for reference. That was both handed to the person that took the order and was in the bag when he got home.

After a grueling 14-hour workday, I was starving and decided to stop here. I got a burger and a kid’s meal, but the food was a huge disappointment.
The patties were tough and full of gristle and some kind of hard fragments. Even worse, they tasted like they had fillers and additives, not like real beef. The service was alright, but my order was wrong, which didn’t help. I ended up choking it down, feeling completely ripped off.
I’m honestly baffled by the good reviews. After looking closely, it’s obvious this place has had a problem for a while.

Explicitly told them I was allergic to peanuts. Asked them to please not put peanuts on my Sunday. They did anyway and then banned me when I explained that could have killed me. If you have ANY kind of allergy DO NOT go to this specific store on hw 111 south

I always get the shrimp burger but decided to switch up and get the cheesecake. It was not what I expected. Portion size was small and had a little meat. For the price I was disappointed. The service was great, though. The staff were attentive and offered plenty of smiles. I will still support my hometown, Hwy 55, better known as Andy’s.
