This was the first time I’ve actually been able to dine in here on account of covid but the food has always been good from here through take-out/delivery. Never had any trouble with orders or anything. Our waitress Harley was suuuper nice and helpful, just a really sweet, bubbly person the food was absolutely perfect; the fries were almost my favorite part they were that good lol honestly the whole vibe of the place just really made it. Sort of Steak and Shake feel but more relaxed and warm. Everyone was really nice and chill, made you want to be there and hang out.

So took a wrong turn and was hungry. Stop in this burger joint. And to my amazement! It was legit. Really Really good. I love how juicy and fresh the burger was. My kids love the cute classic car kids meals.And the service was spot on. I would definitely come to this place again. A year later and I still think about that burger!!!

We have always enjoyed eating here. Used to we would go at least twice a week. Lately we have cut back the food is not the same. Well today was it for us! We ordered take out today. My cheesesteak had the very slightest bit of cheese not nice and gooey like it used to be. We also ordered 2 Chilli cheese dogs with Chilli cheese fries. No Chilli or cheese for fries and the hot dog had a slice of unmelted slice cheese on it. I got a picture of one before my son added cheese and put it in the microwave. I called the store and spoke with the manager and she said sorry they forgot the cup of Chilli cheese for the fries but as for the hot dog it is easier for her cook to place a slice of cheese on top of the bun so that’s how they serve them now. The quality has gotten so bad I will not worry with spending my money here. On another note the servers are very friendly and always cheerful when you walk in. If I only went for service it would be great but the food is not worth it anymore. I did give 2 stars because of the friendly servers!!

2019-01-11 stopped here to order food and use restroom after a long trip from Northern Virginia, lady server/waitress/cashier was very nice, answered all my questions and gave recommendations, I ordered the shrimp sandwich and tater tots (if I remember correctly), paid, used restroom, waited a little for my food (only one other customer was in the restaurant and 2 lady employees working at the time) and took my food to go, shrimp sandwich and the tater tots were good.

Obviously, a place with “burgers, shakes, and fries” in the name better have good burgers, shakes, and fries, right? Well they definitely do and their spicy shrimp salad is great as well. What I want to say though, and maybe it’s a southern thing (I’m from New York), maybe it was an end-of-shift thing, but the employees I encountered were very friendly and very polite. We got our order to go and when we were leaving, the cook yelled out to us to have a good night and the hostess, after giving us our food, walked around the counter and went to hold the door for us. Again, maybe that’s normal but I like to think they’re just exceptional employees. Anyway, the food is good, the people are great, stop in and grab a burger!

Our family and I have visited here for the past few years. The service and food was declining rapidly. The tater tots were frost bitten, and fell apart vs crispy, the fries were cooked in old grease, and served soggy. And the burgers and such were subpar.
I tried them again today after new owners/management have had a chance to change things to their liking.
I ordered a cheese steak, and it was the best I have had ever! The roll was perfectly fresh, and the steak/cheese/toppings were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The input from my family and friends has been positive also! I hope that they keep up the great job!

My family of 3 adults and 2 kids as of which one child is 13 months went to eat here. All the waitstaff are kids. They brought drinks with no lids to the table and sat them down in front of the baby… Y’all know what happened then right? Dad wore the drinks. The one person over 16 was the cook who was stressed from all the kids being kids. The food was bad and slow. The service sucked too so go to a hwy 55 elsewhere. Not 5points road Dudley.

I ordered my food and waited 40 minutes for it to be delivered. My fries were very salty. The morning manager coming back in to pull a double shift is the only reason we even received our food at all. Corporate has a massive training opportunity for the regular staff.

Probably the rudest waitress of all time. My salad was brown/yellow. I had to summon her from across the restaurant and even after I got her attention she just rolled her eyes and stood there. The only reason I’m not giving one star is because another server came over and apologized. They made me a new salad free of charge and took the original off the tab. Otherwise, another person in my party requested a plane burger and still received one with everything on it. I wouldn’t recommend this place due to it being dirty and most of the staff clearly being disgruntled and lazy.

Just left this place- my husband, kids, and myself walked out after getting our drinks. We ordered our kids hot dogs, and as the young guy was making my husbands burger (no one wearing gloves), slapping around the patty, he wiped his face and shirt, then grabbed the cooked hot dogs. Spoke to a manager, who just said “yes sir”. And we paid for our drinks and walked out. They were already struggling before that issue. We will be calling the health department as well.
