Decided to go here for a quick dinner. The food is usually good. We especially like the cheese steaks. They did leave the peppers off of one ours, not sure why, and the waitress didn’t come around for us to inform and make it right. Also, we ran out of drinks well before she finally returned. The place wasn’t busy and when we looked for her, she was counting her tips at the counter. Also, the kids burger size was ridiculously small. I’m pretty sure it was smaller than Wendy’s kids burger. The waitress dropped off the check and never returned to take payment, Im glad there was a QR code on the check so we could pay and leave. The service here could be much better.

My wife and I were starving when we ordered two burgers tater tots and fries. I ordered a double burger and they gave me a single patty so im very happy that I paid the extra 4 bucks only to get a singld burnt unseasoned patty and tots. My wife’s burger wasnt correct either and was also burnt. They gave us fries that tasted worse than burger king fries if you could believe it. 30 dollars wasted. I wouldn’t eat your food again if the world got nuked and your establishment was all that was left.

Food was alright- I can give it to the cooks… considering everyone looks miserable.
The Service? I will not be returning back. Waitstaff is RUDE. Never can get the order right, by the time we get it it’s either cold because they let it sit on the bar, or it’s simply still not what we ordered.
Most(like 3) of the staff members try, but you can tell either there was no proper training or they simply just don’t care, no smiles, no energy, no hospitality, nothing… and when they—do it just seems forced.
I understand “new management” and “new ownership” but can someone get somebody who KNOWS WHAT THEYRE DOING back in there please?!?!?!?!?!?

food was great. service was good. I have to give it to the cook akeem. phenomenal!!!! food was delicious and he was very polite. only disappointment was went in on on a Thursday i’m guessing it was “kids night” the gentleman that blow up the balloons isn’t “colored friendly” he made my children “monkeys” this has happen on multiple occasions. we were not happy at all once again. other families notice the same thing one time. We will switch it up and go on a different day. other than that great food & tasty Ice cream

This is a great place to go for a quick bite to eat or desert. It is priced very well for the portion sizes. I had the steak and cheese and it was big with plenty of meat. It was served hot, however I couldn’t give five stars due to the fries being a little cold. Still, I’m sure I will be back one day.

They prioritize online orders, sat for over half an hour and no food but they served all online orders in a timely fashion. Then when food is brought, buns so cold like they just came out a fridge and tater tots fried so long they’re brown and leak oil.

The burger i got was great but the onion rings were thick battered and not fully cooked. The waitress was very forgetful placed our cups on the counter and walked away. Didn’t bring us everything we asked for. It wasn’t like the place was busy.

Service was good. Food was good temperature when served. Milkshake and concrete were cold and yummy. Ranch sauce was tasty. Fried tots were crispy. Grilled tenders were tasty.

Sidney took excellent care of us! The Moose Chicken Cheesesteak was amazing. I couldn’t decide between tots or fries and they gave me the option of a half and half basket. A lot of food! The lemonade is delicious and fresh squeezed. I like that it doesn’t have as much pulp as chic-fil-a and also that at Hwy 55 it’s only $1.00 for a refill. The kids got root beer floats. Good food, great service!

Long story short…..the place was empty but we had a 20 minute wait for our food, terrible service, ran out of bread for the patty melt so they put it on upside down hamburger bun, sent it back and ordered a hamburger that they couldn’t get right so I got nothing, check seemed wrong and when I questioned it the staff member (I think the mgr) she was nasty, nasty, nasty! I’ll take my money some place else……..
