More comments on the photos and in the captions. Would def eat here again…even if there was a line out the door! It’s worth the wait!
We did spend a little extra because we wanted to try so many different things, but it was way more food than two people needed.
Everything on the menu is top tier. The brisket is my personal favorite but the tri tip is the sleeper hit that should never be skipped. The ribs and sausage hold their own and the sides make you want to load up a second plate. Try the Texas Twinkie , only in Texas ;). It is very easy to walk out of here doing the wobble and not regret a single bite. They offer pit tours too and after seeing those massive smokers I know I need to make time for one next visit. Closing it out with complimentary banana pudding and peach cobbler when you dine in is the perfect touch and honestly what seals the deal.
Had an amazing experience at Hutchins BBQ in McKinney! The food was incredible as always — perfectly cooked, fresh, and full of flavor. What really made this visit stand out was our server, Paula. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Her great attitude and customer service made the whole meal even more enjoyable.
If you’re coming here, ask for Paula — she’ll take great care of you! Definitely one of the best BBQ spots in Texas, and we’ll be back again soon.
I drove nearly an hour to get here, and it was well worth the drive.
On top of that, the staff were amazing. Super friendly and genuine. They went above and beyond.
Especially Mike, he was super accommodating and helped us pack our leftovers without asking.
I think I have type 3 diabetes after eating their dessert, but it was worth it.
50/10 would recommend.
