This place rocks. The food is amazing and it’s definitely got the Hawaiian feel. They go for quality over quantity. They always change up what proteins they have.
Stop in, get your food, and head out, or take a quick seat to eat.
However this is definitely one of those “we have it till we run out” places. Definitely worth coming earlier.

Just ate at Husubi’s and let me tell you…
First off, the owners are AWESOME! So polite, generous, and just genuinely good people. I loved talking story with them – felt like we were back home in the islands already. ️
Now the food… the poke was SO ONO We actually took the pictures of the food *AFTER* we already dug into it because we couldn’t wait That’s how good it was. And the musubis? Yeah… no pictures of those because we ate them all before we even thought about taking one lol haha.
If you’re from Hawaiʻi and you’ve been living in Vancouver, WA, you already know there’s NO solid poke out here – so that says a lot when I say Husubi’s is the real deal. The poke bowls and musubis tasted just like home in Hawaiʻi. Authentic, fresh, and full of flavor.
THANK YOU guys for being here! We really miss the food back home, and it’s such a blessing to now have that option right here in Vancouver, WA. We’ll definitely be back!

We had the absolute best experience at Husubi’s today. I had found them just by searching the local area on Google maps and quickly recognized the authenticity it would have. The owners are the kindest people making delicious and simple food. A straight forward menu of good quality poke. They are open until they sell out but are willing to make a fresh batch for you if you ask. We will definitely be back every time we pass through the area.
It’s hard to find whole in the hall family run businesses these days that are pure quality. This spot is a gem and could not recommend enough.
My partner and I shared a 2 poke plate with extra rice and three sides and it was the perfect amount for us. We were pretty hungry too. We spent $33 after tip.

Authentic and fresh, perfectly seasoned fish. Not the biggest fan of raw fish but this poke hit the spot. The cucumbers were also flavorful and refreshing… paired with hot fluffy rice, perfection. Wasabi flavor was a bit spicier than I thought it would be but wasn’t too overpowering. Already having another poke craving now thanks to this place.

This is a great place to get a poke! Generous portions, amazing flavor, and an outstanding selection IF you get there early. They run out for a reason – it’s that good.
The folks running the shop are amazing. Helpful, friendly, and creative a welcoming vibe.
It’s sort of a hole-in-the-wall kind of place that IMO adds to the casual and relaxed atmosphere.
We’re already planning a trip back to get some spam musubi.

First time here and honestly super impressed. Staff were really friendly and made everything easy to order. I got the creamy wasabi poke with rice and it was fresh, flavorful, and a solid portion for the price. Will definitely be back !!

The #1 masubi and poke shop in the PNW!!! Argue with your mama!!! Fresh, tasty, affordable, and just straight up good. Poke variety is top tier and you can even build your own poke nachos!

This place has 5 stars for a reason. It is DIVINE! Truly exquisite poke at a wonderful price (huge portions!). It’s a simple shop and seems to just be run by the owners (who are so kind and genuinely love what they do). Every item I tried was excellent!
I’d recommend checking their instagram to see if they’re open, maybe giving them a call if it’s closer to the end of their normal times.

Husubi’s is my go to spot when I’m in Vancouver. My favorite poke’s are the shoyu avocado, creamy wasabi, and crispy chili garlic. It really depends on your flavor palette. I will say it is a little expensive but you get so much poke and it is well worth your money paid. The owners are really nice and it helps that they know what Hawai’i poke is really like not like all these mainland clowns tryna make their own. I would recommend Husubis to anybody in the Vancouver/Portland area. Keep it up Husubis!

Was excited to try this spot after hearing so much about it but was honestly kinda disappointed. Upon walking in, the place had a strong stench of cleaning supplies with very limited seating for a huge space. The Shoyu Oyster Sauce poke was good quality fish but the sauce was CRAZY salty, even my husband who loves salt couldn’t finish it. Wish there was more onions and less sauce. They drizzled the same salty sauce on top of the Wasabi Poke so I couldn’t escape the overpowered taste of that sauce. The Mac salad was also really bland. Rice was a lil burned/hard in certain areas from sitting too long. Not sure we understand the hype. I would still be open to trying other flavors but wouldn’t go out of my way again. Definitely prefer OG Poke over this spot for overall value and quality.
