On my recent visit, the haleem had so bad meat, was hardly able to eat it. It’s honestly sad to see such a noticeable drop in quality.
I really hope the restaurant improves and brings back the quality that made people love it in the first place. Right now, it’s just not the same.
They also serve the best haleem. It’s rich, comforting, and genuinely heartwarming, the kind of bowl that tastes like it was made with care. Their chicken dum biryani is excellent too, especially when ordered for catering. It’s definitely worth trying. If you prefer a milder spice level, place your catering order a few hours ahead and ask for it to be made mild. That option isn’t available for individual orders.
While they get many dishes right, I haven’t had the same luck with their paya. I’ve tried it three different times and it never quite hit the mark, though it may have improved since.
Service is just okay. They’re generally nice, but when you share feedback, no real action taken to course correct.
Still, this remains my go-to spot for the dishes they truly excel at.
The Food: Absolutely phenomenal! The owner personally recommended the Haqiqa menu and every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. and it was a total hit with our guests. It truly elevated the celebration and a feast to remember.
The Service: Seamless, professional, and warm. The staff handled everything with such grace and efficiency.
A heartfelt thank you to Hussain Catering for making our Haqiqa celebration so memorable. Your passion, expertise, and hospitality shone through in every bite and every moment.
If you’re looking for catering that combines delicious cuisine with flawless execution, Hussain Catering is the way to go. Highly recommended for any special occasion!
They serve zabiha halal food with excellent quality and generous portions, all at a very affordable price, which makes it an amazing option for takeout and catering services. I also noticed some negative comments complaining about taxes, but that’s just a normal part of any purchase in the U.S. and has nothing to do with the restaurant itself. I’d encourage others to ignore those complaints and focus on the food and service, which are truly excellent.
Highly recommended!
The pack is advertised to come with two butter naans, two biryanis, Chicken 65, Mutton Haleem, and Mirchi ka Salan. What I actually received was one naan from a grocery store Deep naan package, simply cut in half to make it look like two pieces — clearly not butter naan as promised. Even worse, the Mirchi ka Salan, which is pictured as a full dish, was given to me in a tiny plastic condiment container barely a spoonful.
When I called to politely raise the issue, instead of acknowledging the mistake, the lady I spoke with chose to argue with me. She insisted that the naan counted as “two” because it was cut in half, completely ignoring the fact that the menu clearly states two butter naans. No apology, no accountability, no effort to fix the problem just a defensive and dismissive attitude.
This is clear false advertising and poor customer service. I would not recommend Hussain Catering to anyone who expects honesty or professionalism. Very disappointing.

Update: Response to the owner
Your response only reinforces the problem, zero accountability, dismissiveness, and a complete refusal to acknowledge the misleading advertising or poor customer service.
Let’s be clear: cutting one frozen grocery store naan in half and calling it two butter naans is not honoring your advertisement. And serving a spoonful of Mirchi ka Salan in a condiment container when it’s clearly shown as a full dish is blatantly deceptive. The fact that you’re listing out what was supposed to be included doesn’t change the fact that you did not actually provide it as described or pictured.
Also, the idea that I shouldn’t complain because it was “only $55” is ridiculous. Price is irrelevant when you advertise one thing and deliver something completely different — that’s textbook false advertising. And your attempt to shift blame by suggesting I “expect too much” is both unprofessional and insulting.
Judging by how you respond to other negative reviews, it’s clear this is a pattern. Instead of fixing your mistakes, you gaslight customers and offer weak discounts as a band-aid. No thanks. Own your errors or expect more honest reviews like this.
And about those recent comments—yeah, I actually watched those geniuses in action. They were in the shop demanding a tax-free purchase (because apparently laws don’t apply to them). When the cashier didn’t play along, they tried to threaten him with a negative review.
Truly inspiring behavior. Their upbringing must be top-tier. People like this always find creative ways to misuse reviews and blame businesses. A masterpiece of societal contribution, really.
