One visit won’t be enough—you’ll be hooked!
The fireworks started at 9 PM. During the show, I walked up to the truck and politely asked for a refund since we were clearly not getting our food in time. Instead of any ounce of professionalism, I was met with rude, dismissive staff who acted like I was the issue. I gave them our order numbers, and one guy literally scoffed at me and said, “No, what’s ON the orders?” Then he tried offering me some random meal like that would fix everything. I declined and said we’d rather have a refund since the event was basically over.
I told them I had replied to the confirmation text requesting a refund, and the guy (who seemed to be in charge) basically waved me off and said, “Then we’ll get to it.” That was it. No apology, no accountability, nothing.
This food truck is a joke. Horrible service, no communication, and zero respect for paying customers. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If I don’t get that refund, Hurt’s is going to have a HOT problem.
Do yourself a favor—eat anywhere else.
