Hurry for Curry is in its soft opening and took over the space formally occupied by Cafe 360. Totally new owners and totally new concept. So excited to have this new restaurant in our neighborhood. The owners are friendly and make delicious food. Dine in or carry out are available. The Chicken Biryani and Butter Chicken were excellent. Heavy on flavor and super large portions. I’m gluten free and don’t like anything too spicy, and they were able to accommodate me. My husband has no dietary restrictions and reported the naan to be tasty. They will accommodate any spice level. We ended our dinner with a chai latte…chef’s kiss. Their grand opening is next month and they plan to add breakfast service, and expand the menu even more. Give it a try!

**Note** Keep in mind the lower reviews from 1+ years ago were related to Cafe 360–not Hurry for Curry, which took over the existing/google listing.

I’ve eaten here several times. Simply amazing food. Stuff you can’t find anywhere else in Louisville. Portions are generous. Staff is extremely kind and a delight to talk to.

Delicious, with fast and friendly service. The menu is focused, but still with a good mix of options, especially veg options!

I got the veg johl momo; it was filling without being heavy, with an awesome savory broth and tender, flavorful dumplings. My partner got the egg biryani and said it was one of the best he’s ever had, with a great blend of seasonings and mix-ins, light and fluffy rice, and boiled eggs cooked to perfection.

Like most places in this vein, you can choose your spice level. Mine was not spicy at all (by my choice) and my partner was delighted that his dish was truly spicy when he asked for it.

Came for lunch on Sunday. Was absolutely delicious, We got the Pani Puri as appetizer which was unique and very good…quite spicy if you wanted it to be. I got the butter chicken lunch special which was probably the best butter chicken I have had in Louisville. I also tried the vegetable chowmein and the egg biryani. Also very good….will go back again!

The biriyani tasted nothing like biryani, it looked really good and smelt like biryani but it lacked flavor, it was even lacking salt which was a shame. It did have good portions of meat in the biriyani but again, it was lacking flavor. The saving grace was the chillie chicken, it was very flavorful a little on the spicy side but I liked it.

Absolutely the best Indian food in Louisville.

Hurry for Curry is a gem. The food is outstanding—rich, flavorful, and clearly made from authentic family recipes. Every dish tastes fresh and thoughtfully prepared, with the kind of depth you only get from home-style Indian cooking.
Sarah, the owner, is incredibly warm, gregarious, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell she cares deeply about both the food and the people she serves, and that hospitality comes through the moment you walk in.
A quick note for anyone reading older reviews: some reference a completely unrelated club that used to be nearby and has long since shut down. That has nothing to do with this restaurant or the experience here today.
If you’re looking for consistently excellent Indian food served by wonderful people, this place is a must. We’re lucky to have Hurry for Curry in Louisville.

Delicious food at reasonable prices. Good selection of popular Indian and Nepali dishes without an overwhelming amount of choices. Would eat again.

P.S. Most of these negative reviews seem to be leftovers from when this location was home to Cafe 360 (which did, in fact, suck).

Hurry for Curry has only been open since winter of 2025, so any reviews older than that are inaccurate and irrelevant.

Food was fantastic. My daughter and I both had the same initial reaction that you could taste all the individual spices and herbs. Very clearly made from scratch and fresh. Service was also great. We wanted to try some new and different things and they were great about making recommendations. Very kind and friendly!

I had their Hurry for Curry special chicken wings and they are excellent! Not too spicy (but they give you some hot sauce to take them up a notch if you want) and a really good but unusual flavor. I’m a big fan of wings and I definitely recommend theirs.
