Walked in, and we were welcomed by a friendly bartender, who happily told us we could choose our table. He came over with menus and took our drink order. A nice, upbeat array of music played. My husband ordered the bacon onion ring burger, and I ordered the Fajita chicken bowl. His burger was perfectly medium rare with ample cheese, bacon, and 2 nice sized, breaded & fried onion rings. My Fajita bowl was a generous portion. On top of white rice was melted cheese, fried peppers & onions, and grilled chicken. Served with a sides of salsa and guacamole, both of which were very good. We had a very nice overall lunch experience.

I went to this restaurant and I had a blast also the food was amazing. The atmosphere is really great and when I went they were playing bingo and I had so much fun. 10 out of 10 on everything. I recommend this place if you just want to hang out with friends and in general. Karizzma was my server and she did an amazing job with serving me and the manager was so nice and sweet. Definitely coming back again and again

Now the new Alice’s…..waitstaff has no idea what they are doing. Was told we were going to be seated at a booth, then other people were seated where the waitstaff told us to sit. Could not find anyone to help us. Would have ordered food, but never got the chance to. Overheard someone at the bar complaining about their drinks. Aside from the awesome music…this place needs major organization.

So this place is NO LONGER HURRICANE GRILL!!! It operates under the name Hurricane Grill from the outside and online, but the restaurant is now called “Alice’s.” Let’s start with the bad (because there was so much of it.) We were seated quickly, slightly busy but nothing new for a bar and grill. After sitting for 15 minutes a bar tender asked us if anyone has served us, and we told her no. She took our drink orders temporarily until wait staff arrived. Time went by, and we had to ask the Host where the staff was, and he was puzzled as to why noone came to wait us because the dinner rush was over. The host decided to take control and become our waiter (very nice man, he deserves all the tips.) As the night went on I noticed there was a waitress in the back, jumping around, laughing and drinking like a toddler, and then I noticed one of the bar tenders also drinking with another table. (That seems to be why we never had a waitress or waiter.) Now the food. The food that was correct was actually really delicious and I enjoyed my meal, however they serve “Beyond” burgers but they actually aren’t Beyond brand, they are veggie, corn and bean patties. (False advertising.) Other than my good plate, and a stellar host who should be working for a nicer restaurant, this place is bad news, unprofessional. Might as well be a sorority house. I will give it a few months to come back, hopefully they get straight and this place makes a good mark, but so far, I’m extremely disappointed.

Party of 2, both of us ordered two different entrees that had grilled chicken in as an ingredient.
Whatever the kitchen does to reheat their grilled chicken (microwave???) they need to come up with a better way. The chicken was exceptionally chewy in both entrees and took away from enjoying what we had ordered. I recommend not ordering anything with grilled chicken.
Service was adequate, not exceptional. Atmosphere and crowd was appropriate for the venue but could you turn the thermostat up just a little bit
