“I ordered takeout and got the Bacon Guacamole Burger with a side of fries. Everything was packaged well and still hot when I got it. The burger was juicy, the bacon was crispy, and the guacamole added great flavor. The fries were fresh and delicious. Solid takeout experience and I’d definitely order from here again.

We went for lunch. The bowl of chili arrived barely warm. It tasted like it came straight from a can. The boneless wings were served bone-in. They tasted fine but we ordered boneless based on our server’s recommendation.

We ordered 2 sets of sliders… 3 each for a total of 6. We have been to this Hurricane over a dozen times but now we will never go back. The chicken was sooo skimpy… The small slider bun was barely half filled. The burger patties were overcooked and on the edge of being burnt. (My teenager refused to eat the “charred” patty.). Unfortunately, I wasted close to $50 and I am posting this to help the next person avoid my mistake.

Absolutely the worse service I’ve ever received. Server couldn’t be bothered to do more than slam our food down and ignore us. The real treat was the “service charge” of 18% on the bill. Thats code for “we don’t care if our servers treat you like shit we are making you pay for crap service anyway”.
