Our meals were served with rotten cilantro. When we brought this up, the manager admitted that the cook knew it was rotten and still chose to serve it. She also mentioned that we were the second or third table to complain about the same issue, yet the food was still being sent out.
The result was that everything tasted like Dawn dish soap. The tacos, the cilantro rice, and the Mexican street corn were all covered in the spoiled cilantro. Instead of taking accountability, the manager dismissed our concerns by insisting it was not “real soap” but just rotten cilantro. That explanation only made the situation worse.
To “make it right,” she offered us a five-dollar comp on meals that cost more than twenty dollars. We still spent fifty dollars for food that was completely spoiled, which felt insulting given the circumstances. In the end, the only edible part of the order was the fried shrimp, and even that was overshadowed by the experience.
This was not just an inconvenience. It was a serious lapse in food quality and customer care.

Every community needs a Hurricane grill & wings. My son and I were staying in a hotel within walking distance and decided to walk over for dinner. Quite possibly the best wings we’ve ever eaten. Unique flavors and the crispness was perfect. The fried pickles were also top-shelf quality with corn meal breading. Atmosphere was perfect; large bar area, plenty of TV’s, and a great outdoor patio area.

First time eating here during a family visit to Florida. Decided to have lunch & it was really good. Had the fish, wasn’t the best I’ve ever had but it was good. Everyone else enjoyed their meal with no complaints. The pretzel was my absolute favorite part of the meal !!More than happy when we arrived it wasn’t full so able to get seated really quick. Totally like the decor here as well ! Service was excellent, no complaints either !! Definitely will be back during my next visit !
Update: You must try the Fried Bone in Chicken Wings & the Mac n Cheese Balls !! Absolutely delicious !! The best Chicken Wings I have ever had !! You will not be disappointed !!

We are here from out of town. They had our home team football game on!! The food was amazing. Jay cooked a bacon guacamole burger that is definitely in the top 2 best hamburgers I have ever had in my life!!! ( And burgers are my favorite meal so I get them a lot) And the sweet potato fries, spot on! Our server, Phoebe, was great and checked in frequently. Definitely highly recommend

On vacation from Georgia, we wanted to stop somewhere we didn’t have at home. This place sounded nice. When we walked in the atmosphere was great! Our waitress was very nice. We had a problem with one of our orders and the waitress and manager were super nice about it and fixed it right away before other members of our party were finished. The food was ABSOLUTELY delicious. Now, we are sad we don’t have any in Georgia we loved all the specials and game nights we were reading about. We may have to stop in on our way back home!

Should’ve took the hint when place was less than half full at 7pm on a Saturday. The server and number of tvs were the highlight. Ordered the hangover burger and another at table got the hurricane chicken salad with side of onion rings. Food finally arrived after a forty minute wait. My burger was warm and fries just about room temperature. The pickles completely overpowered the burger and was overcooked. The salad was good with moist sliced fried chicken breast according to another at table. The pictures were taken just after food was delivered. An order of 5 small onion rings was a ridiculous $4.99. Normally I would’ve sent my order back but I was hungry. There is nothing special about this franchise and won’t return.

Great wings, better nachos, AYCE wings on Tuesdays. Food is consistently good, drink prices are reasonable. It’s a great spot to catch a game, or lunch. Garlic parmesan fries are definitely worth a try! Lots of beers on tap, delicious burgers, and the hurricanes are great too!

I really wanted to love this place. I researched it all while driving from two states away. I already knew what I was going to order, the Monterey Jack chicken quesadillas. After a lackluster greeting from a person who came up to the podium, we were seated just before Happy Hour was scheduled to end. Plenty of employees walked past us since we were near the kitchen and the bathrooms but no one came up to us or even said we’ll be right with you, nothing! We couldn’t even catch their eyes! Servers attended to the booths on each side of us and across the room, none of those servers noticed we were waiting without drinks or anything!!! The hostess walked by us twice on her way to and from the bathroom and it never clicked with her that we were waiting and waiting. By 6:16 (20 minutes) we had enough of being invisible and left. Also, the table was sticky.
