My fair and honest review of “The Creek,” aka “Hurricane Creek Saloon,” aka “The Neon Rodeo.”
Overall: 3 out of 5 stars.
While it was lunchtime when we stopped by, I had to see what all the hype was about. This location was featured on Bar Rescue, and went through a few changes after filming. During the lunchtime, many regular patrons were inside and a few people interested in seeing the space after being featured on the show. Not really busy, plenty of space inside and on the small patio. 2 open pool tables but uncertain if they worked because there was tape on both coin slots.
The Atmosphere: 4 out of 5 stars
Plenty of space, tables and seating, a nice dance floor, and bar seats. I like the new space and the updates look fresh.
The Service: 3 out of 5 stars
There only seemed to be 1 waitress working the floor and the bar. We ordered our food, and it came out within a decent time. Drinks took awhile to arrive and were watered down. While we sat at a table, we ordered our drinks and watched as multiple people at the bar were served their drinks first. When asked about the show and updates, we were told that they “didn’t do much but paint and move some furniture.”
Food: 4 out of 5 stars
The Brisket Quesadillas and Sliders were good. Portion size was acceptable and the chips were crispy. Served hot and definitely prepared fresh.
Overall reflection: I do not think the hype served it justice and that they definitely need to readjust their prices to the current atmosphere of restaurants nearby. We found that the food and drinks seemed to be overpriced when looking at nearby bar prices.
If the price is adjusted we will look forward to updating the review and stopping by again to feature the nightly atmosphere.

A country and western place. We were there in the late afternoon, so it was very quiet. But there is a dance floor and you could see it must be lively in the evenings. If you are a Cleveland Browns fan, this is for you. Ruthie was our server. She was very attentive and friendly. We had fried pickles and chicken strips. The pickles are made in house and were excellent.

Another great night at the saloon. What an addition to the already existing team of bartenders. Ms Olivia, she is truly a consecrated professional. Always attentive to her surroundings, and customers needs. Every time she ensured every one of the clients were met with a smile, she definitely has a detail of work honor and a commitment to excellence. Cheers, will definitely be back, welcome aboard!

It’s Saturday night, the 15th of November, and I’m leaving this review after returning home from “The Creek” with my wife. Tonight was our second time stopping in, and I think that I speak for my wife when I say that we have absolutely found our go-to spot if we’re looking for a fun, awesome atmosphere to have a couple drinks, share some laughs and meet good people. But, even though this review is about the place, it’s the bartenders that deserve the 5-stars. You can have the greatest establishment but it’s the staff that make the place what it is. I can’t thank those ladies enough for helping my wife and I have a great night, as I know they do for every customer. They were not only attentive, but they made us feel more like friends than just paying customers. Each and every one took care of us and everyone around us, and they did it with positive attitudes, and smiles on their faces. These sweethearts are absolutely killing it, and we look forward to seeing them again. As long as they are behind the bar, we will most definitely be coming back. I’m grateful for the lasting impression they’ve left on us, and a toast to many more nights at this place.

Attached is the new menu (will offer pizza but as of today 9-14-24 don’t have it yet). Love this place! Line dancing lessons are great. Only complaint about food is that whenever I order pulled pork – on a salad, or sandwich (like their grilled cheeses)- they don’t add a lot of meat. I wish they added more. But it’s amazing food!

Security is very nice but strict. Not only did we need to show ID we had to take a picture also (like in an airport) is is the first time I’ve encountered this. Thru also check ladies purses and guys get a pat down. Very professional and kind about it though. It was not very busy when we went and it took almost 5 min after sitting at the bar to get a beer.

Great atmosphere and great food! I come here often on the weekends and they always have lots of people, good music, and it’s always a fun time. Drinks are good and service is always good. We just ate here for the first time during lunch and it was great! Very tasty and it’s also a good atmosphere during the day and at night. Will definitely be back for lunch as well as a spot to go out at night.

I was there to celebrate my birthday with my friends. Ladies’ night and it was perfect. Service, learning line dancing, all staff, and a wonderful atmosphere. I highly recommend the Hurricane Creek saloon.

Play pool, dance, party, and eat establishment. Good local vibe with a splash of country. The food is OK but would be better if they had fries. There were would be some easy drunk food options with just adding fries. Sometimes tots ain’t gonna scratch that itch. I do recommend the rattlesnake burger. I would go back for a drink and a snack.
