Great coffee shop, they had some unique foods and drinks like a vanilla lavender latte which was delicious. And a triple chocolate croissant which was also excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Really tasty coffee and the ice cream was decent. The plants and thoughtful seating was great. The staff was really nice as well. Lots of people sitting and doing things on their computers or just chatting.

The food was good but not exceptional. I had the ham and cheese croissant and the molasses cookie. The coffee on the other hand was delightful. I had the hurricane and my so had the grinch spritzer. The service was impeccable as always.

How to ensure and new customer will never come back. First, start by not smiling or greeting the customer. Second, take their order, but be sure, and don’t ask them to
Describe in detail how they would like their coffee made because , because apparently customers are supposed to do that, then you will have the pleasure of having your barista scold them for ordering it wrong. Thirdly, when they get their drink, not done correctly Because the barista does not know how to make certain types of Espresso drinks correcly, they will have to wait after all The other order taken after theirs to be completed for her to correct it without apology. Fourth, after you rudely request the waiting customer to stand aside.Don’t offer samples of any of the luscious pastries that are available . And last but not, least complete the corrected drink, Set it on the counter, Call out the type of drink and don’t say thank you, so sorry, you had to wait. And there you’ve done it.You will never see this customer again.Good job!

Came back 3 times during our stay in Sequim. Obviously we loved it! Would highly recommend the vanilla latte with homemade syrup (we loved it with oat milk).

Cozy and charming destination with plenty of excellent seating, wide variety of coffee and drinks, pastries and as friendliest staff as you could want anywhere. A joy that exceeds any Starbucks.

What a lively local coffee shop in Sequim.
Stopped here for a quick coffee fix before heading to the mountains.
Loved the vibe of the place, filled with warm locals. We stayed back for 5 mins, picked a sticker and headed out.
Bought their signature drinks- Hurricane Latte and Lavender latte- both tasted good.
Place also serves ice cream, there were different flavors. They had few breakfast options too like oats and sandwiches.
Definitely a must stop place if you are in Sequim and want to grab a bite and coffee.
The barista gave us a discount as we bought our own flasks, so cool.

DONT GO RIGHT BEFORE CLOSING. The hasty night shift girls are more than willing to humiliate you in front of your children in order to get out early. 10 years I have been coming here. Tonight me and my 6 yr old daughter and 18 month old son popped in 5 minutes before closing to grab a quick hot chocolate to warm their hands after the park. As I walked in the door I was informed they closed in 5 minutes and we would have to be out by then. OK…. I ordered a single hot chocolate for my daughter and asked for a second cut so I could give my son a tablespoon of hers. I also asked if they could put a tablespoon of water into his cut as I wanted to water his down. The girl rudely asked if I was trying to get two drinks. I explained that I did not need a drink for him, only something so he did not feel left out and that we try not to let him have sugar is why I wanted the extra water. The girl reminded me they closed in 3 minutes and we need to be out by then. our hot chocolate was not even started at that point. A minute or so later we had our drink. I asked for the other cut and the second girl ignored me to the point I had to go grab the second cut myself. opening the hot chocolate to transfer the chocolate to my sons cut I noticed that there was dry powder floating on top of the cut and I pile of it at the bottom of the cut. I grabbed a stir stick to mix up the drink myself and the girl informed my they were now closed I we need to leave. I told her we were on our way and would be out as soon as I had their drinks and them ready. That’s when it started. This red headed barista started going off about policy and nothing she could do and she needs to lock the door. I was trying to explain I just needed a little water for my sons cut, to which I was told they were closed and could no longer help me. I explained that I bought this with the understanding that they could give me some extra water and that I intend to get the drink I paid for before we left. the girl took my cut and filled it up to the top with cold water completely ruining my sons couple sips I was hoping to give him. At this point Red is getting more and more pushy and repeating herself nonstop, LEAVE NOW is her message, screw your kids, screw you, LEAVE!!. At this point I am just wanting her to stop as my children were starting to get upset. I raised my voice and said I understood her position and to please stop, I just need something for my son. she did not care and started escalating the situation, “sir I am asking you to leave, it is past closing and you are making me violate policy.” Children really upset now. The other attendant who sold me the drink was finally present again, so I went to her and asked for that table spoon of water we had discussed. meanwhile Red is still land blasting me and the children about closing time, policy, nothing she can do, wishes she could help, policy, you need to leave now, policy, door needs to be locked, its past five, LEAVE!!!! We did as soon as possible. two upset children and I sat outside in the cold, trying to transfer a little chocolate for my son into a cup. Unfortunately, while inside I did not get the chocolate off the bottom of the cup good enough, forgot the stir stick inside in the chaos, and on my daughters first drink she frowned, nasty, she said and we left the drink and went home. Fun night at Hurricane. The sad part is that my Daughter has been going there with me for 6 years, she loves the place, loves their hot chocolate and ice cream and has special relationships with a couple morning baristas. After tonight she said she does not ever want to see that mean lady again. As a fellow business owner who has run a local business for 10 year with an average of 30-40 employees I get it. Good help is hard to find. I will never enter this establishment again if this red headed barista is present, out of respect for my children.
