So I knew about the one in Marquette and had it saved in my Maps but I did not know about this location until I was past it on our way to our rental at Lake Gogebic. I about gave my relative whiplash turning around. It was early and I was hungry. I love this place. They have it all. We loaded up with goodies and headed across road to local recreation area and found this cool spot to enjoy our bounty. We also stopped on the way back South several days later.b

Very nice bakery along US highway 41 in Ishpeming. Good selection of pastries, rolls, fresh baked bread, cakes and muffins. Coffee and cold drinks also available. They do have some sandwiches for sale, and it seems like they offer pizza at times, but not when I stopped in. Very friendly staff. Worth a stop in for breakfast or lunch.

Great selection, so much to choose from. Their cinnamon rolls and cookies are very good. Pre-made sandwiches are okay. Not many places to sit down, though and no utensils available ?? My biggest problem with this place was the attitude the clerk had with us. He kept loosing his patience and getting all huffy. You could really sense a lot of anger and frustration behind his fake smiles. I guess if you want to go check this place out, try not to ask too many questions or take too long trying to decide on what to purchase, depending on which employee is assisting you.

Stopped for a donut and coffee on our way home to MN. Greeted and helped by the friendliest young lady. She started our day off with a very bright smile and great attitude. The donuts and coffee are so good. Can’t wait to try the bread when we get home. Thank you.
