This was our second time eating at Huong Restaurant. The first time we stopped by here a few months ago, we ate Phở đặc biệt and were so good along with the nice service. However, during our second eating here, we were very disappointed: Phở đặc biệt (2 bowls total), (1 bún tôm thịt nướng), and (1 phở chay): All were tasted at the 2 stars level at best (and we are being generous with this 2 stars rating), service was fast but unfriendly, and we heard loud arguments coming from the kitchen during our dinning in. In all, we were disappointed with the food, the service, and the staffs, and the atmosphere here this time, and we told ourselves that we won’t be back anytime soon. We will try other VN restaurants whenever we are in Columbus next time.

Just went here and the portion size for a pho was reduced. In my opinion i feel that there were barely any noodles. However the food is good just wish I had more noodles. I also left a cash tip on the table and I go up to pay for my food and the lady working the front cash register decides to add an additional tip without even telling me. She tells me after charging my card that tip is included again which is fine but let me know before. It was not a good experience today. I use to go here regularly and I will not be returning. Sneaky don’t get food here!!!!

Ironically a previous review I left has been deleted. The food is decent however they add an additional 20% tip without notifying you upfront just for two people. I can understand if it’s a party of 6 guests with the additional grat. They will say that it is stated on the menu however no one can see the tiny fine print. Use to love this place but will no longer be returning.

So good for that I need to come back here again and finish my thing again. We ordered a chicken pho for her and chop plate for me to ask so good the egg was perfect and other vegetables and salad was just great. I finished my plate way before I remembered that I had to take pictures for this review. We both enjoyed the Vietnamese food so much. Caution: This is not a high class restaurant. But the food you get here it’s top-notch and it can’t be compared with any other Vietnamese restaurant around Columbus area. It has so authentic taste and the flavor is long lasting. Bottom line I’m coming back here to dig deeper into other menu items and enjoy my pho again.

Great food. Good Prices. Ambiance was sedate but approriate to the food/atmosphere. Everyone was friendly but the service felt more like a luncheon minimal interaction vibe than the bend over backwards waiter type (This is not a bad thing just something to be aware of).

Their Pho is absolutely amazing. Maybe even best in the city! Their ice coffee is also really good! Everything is else on their menu is not my favorite. They’re okay but their pho is where it is at!! Their service was good both for take out and in store but the vibes of the restaurant were slightly off.

This place has excellent Pho. Probably the best in Columbus. Huge bowls of noodles and bean sprouts and beef with a good light broth that has plenty of flavor but not too heavy. Very fresh food. Wish the restaurant itself would get a little bit of a face lift at some point but hey we go our for food for the food not for the location right. Lots of other things on the menu I’m sure are delicious as well but yet to try.

Delicious, fresh vietnamese food. Their coffee is out of this world, so strong! We appreciated ordering via writing down meal numbers from the menu. Excellent welcoming staff! No wonders this restaurant is busy. Be aware that you need to ask for a bathroom key code.
