The worst flavor for food. The employees were extremely nice/kind. I understand HH is trying to offer food to it’s visitors however the food use to taste better than this. Vanderbilt has several fastfood companies inside their cafeteria which I suggest HH trying to see if it’s possible to collaborate with these companies as well.

Several people were waiting on orders. My 2 daughters and I ordered. Brianna took the order. My daughters got their order after 15 minutes! I had to ask twice for mine and she was so rude it was embarrassing!! She said your sandwich takes longer! Although I saw and heard three of the same order after me go out the door. There was no excuse for her to act and speak disrespectful to me and my family. I am 72 years old and will never think someone should be so ugly!!!! It was not just me there were several people that works at the hospital say she does this every time she works!! This needs to be addressed and if she isn’t capable of being considerate of everyone she needs to work somewhere else. I did not need her attitude today!
