Today I had work in Gettysburg , and after a long day ,I decided to stop by a local diner and I’m honestly so glad I did .
From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. It wasn’t overly crowded, which made it even more comfortable and relaxing. The space had that classic diner charm cozy, inviting, and peaceful. After a busy workday, it was exactly what I needed. The place was clean, organized, and had such a nice, calm vibe.
The staff were genuinely kind and attentive. Everyone was so polite and friendly, and they made me feel truly welcome. It’s always special when people treat you with real kindness, and that’s exactly how it felt here. The service was smooth and professional, yet warm and personal at the same time.
Now let’s talk about the food absolutely delicious. Everything tasted fresh and high quality. The steak was cooked perfectly juicy, tender, and full of flavor. The shrimp were crispy and golden, with the perfect crunch. You could tell that care went into every detail of the plate.
And because I loved it so much, I even ordered takeout to bring home to my kids. I wanted them to enjoy it too! The takeout was packed nicely, still warm, and just as delicious at home. My kids loved it, which made the whole experience even better for me.
Overall, it was such a wonderful experience great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and kind people. It truly made my workday in Gettysburg end on a happy note. I will definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend this diner to anyone in the area looking for delicious food and a place that feels like home.

I placed a to go order. I ordered a cheese burger on pita bread. Its really good if you haven’t had one. While I waited at the bar for my food, I witnessed the waitress take her hand and place it across someone’s fries to put on another plate. Then she carried someone’s rolls in her hand to the kitchen to get a plate. Then my food sat up there for 10 minutes before I had to ask for it. The other waitress opened it to check it. Then she would close it and open it a couple more times because she had never heard of a pita burger. Granted the cook chopped my burger instead of leaving ir a patty. But needless to say my onion rings were cold and my chopped pita burger was barely warm. The burger was good and the onion rings would have been good if they were at least warm. There are only a few onion rings because the others were soaking in pickle juice. I don’t like pickles so I threw them away and wiped up the juice.

Great diner, lot of people . It’s a trucking stop, has a lot of parking and a station behind it . Portions are huge and inexpensive. We got 2 coffee, coke, stake skillet, egg/backon , cheese sandwich with home-fry and fresh blueberry pancakes- total bill was $33. Great place to eat with family.

Always a five star here. I am in my fifties and went here at 7:30 am on a Saturday with my four sons and four of their sons. I think our server’s name was Jodi, and she was wonderful as always. She is attentive without being bothersome, engaged with the kids, and got our large order right! Everyone loved their entrees, we love the typical diner atmosphere and we will be back again for sure.

Eating at this diner like being transported back to the 1980s. But that’s not a bad thing. It has a very nice homie vibe to it very clean. The breakfast food is mostly good some of it’s great like the blueberry pancakes and the sausage links. For lunch and dinner can’t go wrong with the wings. Their specials are very good, especially their senior specials.

You may be surprised upon visiting this simple little diner. Out back There is a dirt parking lot with a few tractor trailers parked in various directions. Outside the building, it looks like it hasn’t had a facelift in this century. However, it doesn’t matter what you order. Once you try a few of the meals on the menu, you will go out of your way and pass other diners to come eat here. I’m a trucker, and I go 75 miles out of the way to have their French toast!!! I recommend the hunters town feast.

1.12.26. Every dish is served in abundance. The flat Iron steak fried clams, beets, baked potatoes, and salads were excellent. All entres came with a salad and two vegetables.
Although food was great, our server seemed to be more interested in his phone. Had to ask twice for the same condiment and never got a refill on Pepsi. Worth the stop and will return when in the area.

Very typical diner but with some nice positives. Staff is really friendly and very good. Importantly, the food was good and super affordable! Delicious bowl of chili and they agreed to cook my omelette in butter. Thank you! Homemade Blueberry muffin was tasty but barely had any blueberries. Coffee was good and constantly full! My companions both enjoyed their meal. It’s attached to a truck stop with gas station which is convenient.
Service was slow at times which was frustrating but it’s a sizeable place and our server was overwhelmed/busy. She was really cool and friendly so we didn’t mind.
Would definitely return when we’re in the area.

Breakfast how it should be! Service was lights out crazy good, food was hot and made to order. My coffee cup was never empty. Prices were very reasonable. Restaurant was clean and well maintained. I had full bars of Verizon 4G LTE Roaming.
