The staff running the grill are great had my food minutes after ordering . They were friendly. The owner seemed to have a problem. He was out front saying things about these workers . I was not impressed by him. I would have given the workers 5 stars.

Horrible customer service. Placed my order over the phone. When the person on the phone didn’t ask if my order was correct I assumed she had understood the order. The staff Became rude when I asked about a discrepancy in my order then the staff made a big deal in front of the entire restaraunt. Over payed for 3 hotdogs got each hotdog wrong overall horrible experience wouldn’t recommend to anyone. On the other hand Tony’s grill has much better customer service and great food.

Love it!!! My brothers, nephews and I eat from there every morning before we open Roseburg used tired!! If you have never tried 1 it’s an A must breakfast sandwich, just ask for a HOBO LOADED. You won’t put it down till every last bite is gone.
