I liked the beers here a lot. I took a girl here on our first date and my third wheel friend got too high and fell out of the table on his face. The staff was very good at assessing him after he fell for concussion or any other injuries. They were going to call an ambulance but I informed the staff that would not be needed as he simply had 9 blinkers on the penjamin before we went to dinner. A funny story, unforgettable experience, and the girl I brought here will likely never come back to the restaurant unfortunately out of situational embarrassment, but that isn’t stopping me from returning for more delicious beer should I venture out to the beautiful town of Midland Michigan once more.

Saturday night dinner was great! Fun and relaxed vibe with Kaylyn, our attentive server. She was patient when we took our time ordering a few rounds of drinks and then food. She even brought us a lighter for birthday candles when it was time to sing happy birthday! Half the place sang with us…it’s that kind of atmosphere. Manager checked on us too. Very friendly waitstaff and good local place to enjoy a meal.

My husband and I had a great meal here today! We have become disenchanted with the food in Mount Pleasant of late. The flank steak was delicious as well as the mac & cheese with chicken and we both had a side salad. Delicious! Stephanie was an excellent server attending to our every need. Was refreshing to have this wonderful meal tonight in a bubbly environment.

Recently came here with my girlfriend and the service/experience was not bad at all. Many of the servers are hardworking and dedicated to their job and I love the food here as it is very filling depending on what you order. Not big on alcohol but the drinks I received were decent. I would overall highly recommend this place as a spot to hit if you’re ever in the Mount Pleasant area for a night or two!

My family and I love Hunter’s Ale House. We enjoy the food, atmosphere, being able to watch major sporting events, and gather with friends. The patio during the Summer is wonderful with live music and good vibes. During our most recent experience, Kaylyn was an exceptional server and made sure that everything we wanted arrived efficiently and properly. She was very attentive and kind. I definitely would recommend Hunter’s as a great restaurant overall.

Hunters has been my favorite place to go in town ever since I moved here 3 years ago. Great atmosphere, great food, and even better service, especially from Miley. She is attentive and can handle large parties very well making sure everyone has a great experience. Request Miley next time you are in for the BEST service in town

Miley was an amazing server! She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. Our drinks and food came out quickly, and she checked on us just the right amount without being overbearing. You can tell she really cares about giving great service. She helped make our visit enjoyable, and we’ll definitely be back—hopefully with Miley as our server again!

This restaurant in Mt. Pleasant is phenomenal – especially the service. Our server Kaylyn went above and beyond to meet our needs, occupy our children, and ask questions when we were unsure of our decisions. Her attention to detail and timeliness were spot on.
