Everything we had was very tasty and the service was great! Loved the house salad with homemade dressing, Rif Chicken and twice baked potato were great! The oatmeal pie dessert—it tasted as good as it looked!

This was the worst dining experience I have ever had. We walked in and were not greeted. Not a big deal. I ordered a pinot noir and it tasted like straight vinegar. I let the server know and asked for a busch light instead. We both ordered the tbone special for the night and was told it was $24. Mine was overcooked and my husbands was undercooked while.we both ordered medium. Also the tbones were missing the filet side of the steaks completely. They were definitely not the 16 ounces as advertised. I also ordered marsala sauce for my steak and didnt get it. My husband substituted fries for his salad and when we got the bill his fries were $7.75 additional. They charged us for the bad wine. The special was actually $33 each. When I mentioned it after getting the bill she said the owner said to leave the wine on the bill and the prices must have gone up. Terribly disappointed and will never go back.

We have not been to Huntergreen for several years. We had forgotten how great the food was. The “Rattlesnake” was just like the Glades used to make. It was so good. My husband had fish which he liked more after putting some of my butter sauce on it. The salads were great. I upgraded to a Caesar, and the pricing was a bit odd for that. It was a full $6.00 for the upgrade. I kind of wonder if this was a mistake. It was a great salad, so I didn’t complain. We each had a twice baked potato which I have not had for probably 20 years. They were delicious and big!
We hope it won’t be long before we go back to Huntergreen and Raymond, IL.

Pizza was very big,greasy and cut thin into alot of small pieces (came in a bag). But tasted very good! A little too pricey for me but it was delicious and made pretty quickly.

Very nice cozy little place. Not a lot of tables, which is great, makes for a nice environment. The food was good. We had the teriyaki chicken and a burger. Both were good. The parmesan soup was fantastic. The twice baked potato was really good as well. The server we had was named Gabby, she was wonderful. Very friendly and on top of things.

The rattle snake with is just deep fried steak is really good. It’s a little expensive but comes with a great sauce to dip it in. We had a group of six and everyone had a different meal. Everyone loved there meal. Staff was great and food came out hot and fast.

The old moldy smell in the restaurant made me think there was 3 feet of water in the basement.Kinda killed it for me the minute I walked in the door. Cant believe no one else mentioned it in the reviews.. It ruins any ambiance they may attempt to have.Food was OK at best. Air the place out!!!! wont be back.
