I ordered a pizza with everything for myself and a coworker at my job we picked up the pizza as we were told in 15 min. The pizza was cold it was like they only cooked it halfway. I called about the poor quality pizza and was told the manager would approve it to be replaced the following nite. I called the next nite as I was told and they said they had no instructions to replace my pizza. I was instructed to again call the next day which I did and was told again they would not redo my order. What has happened to customer service in this world today. I am very busy and don’t have the time to call them over and over to make right what I paid for . The staff were rude I had to throw away the original pizza so I guess I’m just out I mean who cares if the customer gets what they paid for …..I won’t go back there again

Pizza is delicious! They were out of the thin crust that we originally wanted but they made us an excellent thick-crust pizza (they even threw in a few cookies for the inconvenience), and their cauliflower crust pizza was a delicious option for our family members with dietary restrictions. We will definitely order again. Thank you for making the awesome pizza, Gary!

Got a pizza from here the other night that was not cooked properly was still ice cold in the middle. And Everytime I call I get the run around no one wants to accept responsibility or replace it or refund the money. So CUSTOMERS BEWARE IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER NO ONE THERE CARES. MY ADVICE GO ACROSS THE ROAD TO DOMINOES AT LEAST THEY STAND BEHIND THERE FOOD. SO YOU HAVE LOST THESE CUSTOMERS AND I HOPE MANY MORE!!
