— edit. I’ve been back. I tried the Lumpia and Chicken Tinola this time. The Lumpia was great this time. The Tinola was good, it’s a different version from what I’ve had before, but good.
I’ll be back again to try more of their sandwiches!
Everything had good flavor, but everything was seriously over cooked. Like almost burnt over cooked. The Lumpia was the worst. Lumpia are supposed to be a caramel color, not coffee bean to dark chocolate colored. Bits were straight up burned. The cook should have been embarrassed to serve them IMHO. My wife and I enjoyed the flavor and they seem hand rolled. Wife said they would have been great if not over fried.
The kare-kare dog had great flavors, but again felt over cooked. The hot dog definitely was a bit dry.
The wings had great flavor, but were again a bit too dry.
I think their fryer was too hot. I noticed one wing was almost still pink inside, but had a crunchy exterior like the oil was too hot.
I liked the flavors, so I’ll be back in a few to try again. I’ll update my review if things are better next time.

Found this gem by accident. So laid back, great service and honest interaction with staff, good music, excellent beers and spirit drinks, and the food……….. Delicious! The wings and burgers were on point! The locals at the bar were engaging, funny, and sharing their food to ensure I tried what they love. I’m a foodie and always in search of cool spots. This place nailed it for me!

So I’ve been here twice so far. They have literally some of the best damn burgers I’ve ever had. Really and burgers are my jam. I absolutely LOVE the pineapple kicker burger. It’s so delicious and the ingredients and how it’s prepared have been amazing both times. I’m gonna have a hard time ordering other items I like it that much. The employee working is extremely friendly and on top of everything. Greeted me immediately. Food was prepared quickly and perfectly and the atmosphere feels very welcoming here. I really like this place. I haven’t tried everything but I will def be back many more times.

So good it should be a crime. Lumpia was crispy as heck and the HunnyBeez spicy sauce is a perfect pairing. The wings were awesome!! Hot, crispy, and tasty. I want them covered In sauce next time too but the adobo flavor this time was great!! Need to come back and chill and have a drink. Solid option for food all day. Saturday brunch menu looks mad good.

I’m never disappointed with every visit I take to dine at HunnyBeez. The flavors are on point. Even the level of spicy, extra spicy for me, my expectations on heat exceed my pallet and I love it. Everything on the menu is quality to flavor and taste. If you haven’t tried them, don’t take my word on it. Try them out yourself. You won’t be disappointed on it and their prices.

DO NOT EAT HERE. It’s the worst food that I ever ate. It’s not really a Filipino food. The foods are tasteless and lack seasoning. The beef is not tender and rubbery. And don’t even try to order the pancit… it’s has a horrible taste. Not even close to the real pancit. Their turon does have a little spoiled banana inside and was burnt when they cooked it. The ice cream is not an ice cream, it’s a Slurppy. There’s nothing really good to eat on their Combo Meals. Disgusting and disappointing. We went there hungry and we left so angry. Please don’t waste your money. Most of our food went down to the garbage can.

Hello everyone, I recently tried out this relatively new spot here in Portland. I came by on a whim. I did not attend their grand opening but I saw the activities on that day.
I would say that this is a very solid spot for good food. The chicken is tender and juicy and the sandwiches are filling but not too much. There is a lot of selections other than the ones I’ve had in this review, so I’m definitely going back to try their other dishes.
Also the person at the desk was very nice in answering my questions regarding their best selling items.
