The dude with the glasses Joshua M has given me issues the last two times I visited this location. Never had an issue with asking for my pizza well done. Lol Ever.
He also does not greet people and say “Hello”
The manager on duty, a white guy… advised me that he has been “doing this for 10 years” when I asked for my pizza to be well done because it wasn’t last time I asked Joshua.
All I wanted was my cheese a little brown. I didn’t think it would be such an issue. The manager made the pizza as I wished.
The two gentleman that work at night have never given me issues when I asked for my pizza well done and always look to upsale my order and make sure I’m satisfied.

I ordered a antipasto salad substituting the ham and salami for turkey and chicken. I actually took it to work the next day for lunch and to my surprise all it had was lettuce, cheese , turkey and chicken all the veggies were missing. Called them and was basically told they wouldn’t give me the salad that I paid . I’m not happy at all. I explained that I took and ate it for lunch despite not having any veggies on it.

I would give this place 0 if I could . I have tried plenty of times to order from them and EACH time the pizza is made inconsistent. Most of the time you can’t even pick up the slice because the dough is not cooked at the bottom. I love the pizza when it’s made correctly. But this place is horrible and clearly does not know how to make pizza that does not fall apart when you try and pick it up. If you order . Make sure to have a fork and knife handy . P.S I hate writing reviews but I’m tired of them making money off people and not doing what they are paid for.

Hungry Howie’s is an occasional indulgence I enjoy when in Florida. As I eat low-carb, i was excited to see the No Dough Bowls on the menu. I ordered the Meat Lovers and it was more fantastic than I expected! The sauce has a tiny kick to it that accumulates over time — not overpowering, very flavorful.
I also want to point out the 5-star service I received from David F., who was the sole worker at the location lunchtime on a Thursday. David did an outstanding job of doing one thing at a time and doing it very well, before moving on to his next task. This included keeping me informed of how soon he would be able to take my walk-in order and how quickly my order would be ready — which was much quicker than the initial expectation David set. Nice job.
There is some seating and this was a nice place to sit with my headphones and take a business conference call during my lunch.
Be aware the fountain drink machine does not work, but there is a cash vending machine for drinks and there is a Walgreens in the same shopping center where you can obtain your drink of choice.

*Revised Review* ordered from here again and got a Pepperoni and bacon pizza and they only put bacon on it when it was delivered. It’s not that hard.

Pizza wasn’t ready after 20 mins. While waiting, we listened to employees argue with each other. Got home to find the pizza was undercook when it had ‘well done’ instructions. And one would think sauce is a pretty key ingredient, but this pizza had absolutely none. Very disappointed I gave this location any of my money. Bummer.

I usually don’t do reviews, but at this point it’s necessary. I order 2 salads and a pizza, the lettuce on the salad was already turning color i had to throw them both away, then the pizza looks crappy. Called the store asked to speak to a manager waited on the phone he never came to the phone on top of that if was rude when I was at the location. This definitely needs to be addressed by the hire up.

I called and placed a pick up order. A male answered the phone later found out it was The manager ( Dave) in which was a suprise to me because of how he spoke to me on the phone. Extremely belittling, extremely rude. Spoke over me , corrected me because I didn’t know what goes on the pizza or what goes on last lol. Unbelievable. I reached out to another location ( Altamonte Springs) . This location answered the phone the way it should be for an experience when placing a pick up order. Do Better Ocoee.
