Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. A pepperoni and black olives with butter crust. What I got was a pepperoni with garlic. This was for a 6 yr old who loves olives and does not like garlic. I’ve called and was put on hold. I hung up after 10 minutes, the first call. On hold 16 minutes, 2nd call. Still no answer.

Cant review food as I was delivering, service was top notch near excellent if they had not forgotten a part of the customers food delivery. They were excellent in resolving the problem though. Atmosphere there really isn’t one. It is clean and tidy. It’s just a walk in counter with a couple of chairs for people prefer to wait inside instead of their vehicle. The cooking area is walled off so you’re not having to stare into a big messy pizza kitchen prep area. That’s a plus!

2 separate occasions. First time we ordered a cheese pizza and it was not cut, not really that big of a deal, and on the same order we also ordered a large deluxe sub which looked like they used a small dough to make. When we called to just ask if they changed anything with the size of the sub we sat on hold for 15 minutes with nobody coming to answer us. Just ordered a 3 cheese bread tonight and received what looks like a personal pizza with minimal cheese on it. I don’t know what’s going on with this place but they’ve gone downhill pretty bad. Not even worth calling to complain because I know nobody will answer. This will be the last time I will be ordering from them.

Ordered pepperoni duo and barely had pepperoni. Some pieces had 1 or 2 pieces. Also ordered the Howie Special and got it with NO TOPPINGS! Spent 25 min on the phone waiting for a refund of some sort but nobody answered.

I was sent this pizza. I called to complain about the fact that it was burnt and l was transferred to their “help” line where l waited for over 30 minutes and no one answered. I will never order from them again as this is their normal solution to any problem you call about. Nothing is done. I just wanted to warn others save your money or go to Dominoes.

If i could leave 0 stars, I would. First off let me start by saying I ordered 2 well done, duo pepperoni pizza’s with butter garlic crust. Ordered at 6:30 app says its ready by 6:45. I arrive at the store at 6:50 to a lobby full of customers and nobody present at the counter. It took roughly 10 mins for somebody to come to the counter and ask “name for the order” just at the first person he sees. Disregards the people who arrived first etc. But thats besides the point. Apparently theres a brother/sister duo who works here and the brother is EXTREMELY RUDE. I told him my name for the order he proceeded to the back and didnt show face for roughly another 10-15 mins and was like clockwork, asked the next person “name for the order”. So i asked “Hey is there an update on order for Matt R?” I was met with an extremely rude reply of “Ive got no idea” thats not how you speak to customers, so that upset me a bit. I sternly told the guy to check on my order after waiting about 45 mins. Then the sister comes up front and explains problems with the oven, but how is there problems with the oven if EVERYONE ELSE IS GETTING FOOD BUT ME! But anyways after about 5 more minutes of waiting the rude brother comes back to the front and says “heres your food asshole” and slams the pizza down. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! IS THAT HOW YOU GUYS TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS! There is video cameras in store hopefully with audio to capture it. And also i will leave a picture of the sad excuse of a “well done garlic crust duo peperoni pizza” that really looked like a pizza from 7/11. I feel like the boy got upset and just pulled my pizza early to get me to leave the store. No matter how fed up with customers or how bad your day is. NEVER SLAM ANYONES FOOD, ALWAYS TREAT PEOPLE WITH RESPECT. 10 years ago i would have slapped that kid. Do better.

Food is good when you get it. I ordered delivery for Halloween and they outsourced it to DoorDash without keeping track of who they outsourced the delivery to. I ended up getting my food 3.5 hours after I placed the order and every time I called they forwarded me to another person or their manager, who never answered. After the first hour past the original delivery time we requested a refund and they kept telling me to call DoorDash who was not able to cancel or refund for me. I am still waiting for Hungry Howies’ alleged call back 2 weeks later

They should change there hours online it said the were open until 12 so I made a online order last night at 11. Well I found out they where closed it was second time ordering I paid with card it took money. I have called 4 times only to be connected else where not main store for them to put me on hold to connect me to main store which I have been on hold 20 mins now and it says they open at 11. I just want my money I am starting to get upset. What if it was someone with kids to feed and that money all they had. It’s bullshit. Places take money fast but damn sure slow when or if shit like this happens and we want our money back.
