Only one person working. (After the counter person took our order, he left.) Pizzas were technically correct, minus one item each, the garlic butter on the crusts. The crusts looked like they were sized for a small, rather than the medium we ordered, very thin, tough and no real roll on the outside edge. Very sad looking and had very little sauce. One and a half slices of pepperoni on each slice. Not at all pleased. (The one pictured was ordered minus cheese, and aptly illustrates our disappointment)
We love the flavored crusts and have a specific combo we order every time, this is the third time they have failed in this arena. We used to love this store, but now will go elsewhere. Third strike.

Frozen pizza? Taste about as good as a Tomstone Pizza. The pizza was skimpy with very little toppings. The toppings started about 1/4 of the way from the end. So your getting a lot less toppings. Very little sauce and it was not tasty. The menu said new owners. Well they need to sell back to the previous owners. Or get out of the Pizza business all together and go into the umbrella business you won’t be able to screw that up.

This are one of the most disgusting pizzas I have ever had, soggy falling apart full of all kinds of stuff, they put a decent amount of meat in their pizzas but they have no flavor it literally feel that you’re chewing a carton board, super greasy and watery sauce. They don’t even out cheese on there pizza. If you want to eat a good pizza don’t come here hungry howie’s pizzas are horrible!

Got a free pizza because order was wrong on previous order. The free pizza was made incorrectly and when I took it back in the girl made a mess with it. Don’t even want to eat it but tired of dealing with this place and their careless employees. NEVER coming back!

I’m from NYC, known as the city with the worse costumer service lol. But this place takes the cake. The young man with glasses has no idea how to be a good cashier. I asked for the address and he couldn’t let me kno if I’m calling the correct location. We asked about a salad that was displayed on the front window and that was also a issue for him because he told us there is no salad on the front window where there clearly is. I was very disappointed this type of service and he needs to have more kindness for people who are not from around here.

1st time trying and last time eating. Food was little blow par but somewhat edible. floppy like it needed another 3-4 mins yet the top is burnt letting me know the oven may be too high and not going as slow to cook fully. They have a smaller then the palm of your hand sign that’s almost hidden by another sign saying $20 bills are not accepted. Which, after ordering on the phone and was asked “card or cash” and was not disclosed of this information That they enforce. The reasoning was “too much counterfeit” in which I replied can’t you put it up to the light to see the tag or have a pin to tell if one is or isn’t? Women seemed to have an attitude like this was not the 1st time dealing with their own rules which seems silly because it is US currency and inconvenience to not let customers be informed of this information. Especially having a sign so small for a rule that could change the outcome of the sale/future business.

We recently were at an adult birthday party. The hostess ordered 5 pizzas from Hungry Howie’s. They were delivered on time, temperature warm and very tasty.
