Our pizza was burnt and we called to see if they could remake it for us and the guy on the phone said “we’ve had no complaints tonight”. He didn’t believe us that it was burnt and was very rude about it. Just because other people haven’t complained doesn’t mean that we are lying about it. He kept going back and forth with us which is crazy to do to a customer. Absolutely terrible customer service. Please do better

Pizza was okay, but the staff wasn’t friendly.
The taste was decent, nothing special, but the overall experience was affected by the unfriendly attitude of the staff. A smile and a bit more kindness would have made a big difference.

The ONLY pizza place where I will eat the crust. Fav is the Howie Maui (pineapple, ham, bacon) with garlic butter crust. You can order for a later date on the website too. Perfect if you are bringing pizza in for your work.

I’m really disappointed with how I was treated here, especially by the owner.
A few weeks ago, I placed an order and did not receive the wings I paid for. I called right away, and an employee told me they would add the wings to my account so I could get them free on my next order. I trusted that was handled.
Today, when I placed a new order and tried to redeem the wings that were supposed to be on my account, the owner argued back and forth with me and insinuated I was lying or trying to steal. Instead of simply looking into it and handling it professionally, I was basically put on trial and had to pull up my bank statement just to prove what happened. Keep in mind these were never free wings. I already paid for them. So two awful experiences back to back and I paid them in full and received no apology or compensation for my awful experiences dealing with this location.

The staff is polite. My cheesy bread was raw. The wings were undercooked even though it was requested for them to be well-done. They refunded me a dollar after I called them to let them know. There was no way for me to go back for a replacement order. Now my stomach hurts

This Hungry Howie’s is great because you know exactly what you’re going to get. They have good specials and deals, and are always accurate with the pickup or delivery time. They are open a little later than most places in the area which is a plus. The staff and owner are always friendly and helpful. Definitely will keep coming back

Pizza was ready when I arrived. Staff was very friendly, welcoming, and attentive when I walked in.
The pizza did not disappoint, along with the boneless chicken, wings and salad.
The menu had a great variety to choose from, kudos to management, I will definitely be back.
