Today we ordered a thin crust pizza and a deep dish by delivery, the deep dish was supposed to be a cheese and pepperoni pizza, it came with mushrooms. We called the restaurant to find out they wouldnt be bringing us a replacement pie for the mess up, followed by saying we would need to order an additional pie, and we would get credited a pizza for a later order. We order another pie from them. Boom. Now it doesnt have pepperoni, we call back, left on hold only to find out they won’t be bringing us a replacement for the replacement and “credited” yet another pie. Now we are “credited” two pies. Refused to deliver a pie for their mistake TWICE, refund? Not here! This place can be really good, but if they make a mistake it’s on YOU to fix it, they won’t help you.

We’ve been waiting for this Hungry Howies to open up for a quite a long time . . . Just to be disappointed on the craftsmanship and quality of the pizza we once remembered, the pizza and the cheesy bread was definitely not made with love. If I wanted to eat card board I would’ve eaten Little Ceasars. I thought you guys were different. Definitely not worth $30, I would rather drive to North Fort Myers Hungry Howies to receive Quality food. Take pointers from them. This was definitely not worth missing the gym and that’s disappointing.

Have ordered four times from this location. It’s like they don’t care at all. I place an order, call in, and beg…i mean beg…the employees to accommodate super simple requests and they agree with hen ignore everything. This far I have spent $300 on 4 orders like an idiot giving them chance after calling in over and over and nothing.

My order was incorrect and I asked they could fix my order. I paid over $20 for a pizza just for them to say they will do it next time. This has been an ongoing issue. Unfortunately this is the ONLY hungry Josie’s in my area so I take breaks in between. When asked for the employee’s name he said Christian I asked for his last time he told me I didn’t need it because he was the owner. How do you expect good customer service from the employees when the OWNER has an idgaf attitude.

The cashier was super nice when we went and offered plates due to seeing it was late and I was with my 9 year old. The food was delicious and fresh but of course like any restaurants that return, it lacks that fresh cheese it tastes much different. Still delicious and probably due to it being freshly made.

This location is right off the main road and you can’t miss it. It only has 4 tables but it’s actually very nice and quiet in there at the time of our visit. I bought a small 10 inch pepperoni pizza with two drinks and paid twelve dollars and changed. My kid loved it. We took our time, and the food was great. I would definitely stop by again.
