I ordered my mom a small 2 topping pizza and a 22oz drink. When the girl gives me the drink its a small cup and I tell her um this is not a 22oz this is a 16oz, she rudely reply and says no that 22 Oz and I told her “are you sure she said yes that’s the only cups we have and its a 22oz. So after I leave and we get home I tell my mom give me the cup I want to see if I was wrong…look at the video! It was indeed a 16 Oz cup

Had a small issue. in all thing happening unintentionally – the food I ordered was taken, as I go to drive thru to claim my food, the very nice lady told me what happen and Guaranteed me my meal with an addition of new drinks and cheese bread for the delay & She Delivered !!! This is the kind of ” lettuce” they give you in your salad. Disgusting. This isn’t the 1st time. Smh. Literally have to pick it all out and put my own. Two subs, a salad and cinnamon bread. Subs were good but would be nice if there was enough side sub set for both sides of the sub. That’s every Howies. The cinnamon bread was disgusting. Threw it away. Don’t waste your money. Think goodness it was free for online orders.

I ordered a pizza to be delivered that was not baked completely. I called the store to let them know, and the manager suggested that next time I ask them to cook it longer or only add a few toppings. Instead of taking accountability and apologizing, she implied it was my fault the pizza wasn’t baked properly. I’m not responsible for telling them how to do their job. I wasted $24.00 on a 4-topping pizza. This used to be a good Hungry Howies to go to, but the food and service has gone down.

Received the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in years for merely asking a question. I can suggest to remove rude and disrespectful employees (aka Holly) from the window if they don’t know how to conduct themselves appropriately. It’s already hard being black in America so when I threatened to call corporate amd attempted to record them, they threatened to call law enforcement so I left before giving those hateful spirits a piece of my mind!
